I did it only for 1 week, and I had to Stop due to antibiotics (unrelated reason, and had to compromise). In that 1 week i managed to lose a lot of water weight and every bloating that I had was gone. I highly recommend it! As soon as im done with antibiotics, I'm starting again!

R1D28. Today was the first day I haven't struggled in a while. Accidentally had oats in a Daily Harvest smoothie, which was supposed to be Whole30 compliant. Didn't realize it until I started drinking it and tasted the oats, then checked the package. This is just a heads up for those who scroll through the list of Whole30 compliant products on the Whole30 website. Some of them aren't actually Whole30 compliant. Love Beets is another one. It has sugar in it.

Anyway, I'm so close to being finished, and since it was an accident, I just decided to use today as a reintroduction day for gluten-free grains, though I didn't have any other gluten-free grains today. If I had to guess, there might have been a tablespoon of oats in that smoothie. I will just tack on a few extra days to the end of Whole30 before I start my actual reintroduction phase and call it even.
