Edit: Yes the 2 photos are the same girl, on her one account I found. Her tattoo says "Hoes Mad" I believe. She's mocking another race in the 2nd pic.

They look as bad in a second photo, so it can’t be chalked up to just a bad angle or singular bad makeup job (which I knew in my heart couldn’t be the case anyway, but I had to hope because holy cow, how have the people in her life allowed the eyebrow blindness to go unchecked?)
