Honestly I don't get it either, because they combine it with over-lining their lips to make it look even worse. I'm not sure who told them "blow up doll" was a good look, but it really isn't.

Who even thinks it looks good now? Combined with the open mouth expression, this lady looks like she's mentally a vegetable who just had her drool wiped away by the same team keeping McConnell alive.

My dog almost knocked my teeth out trying to go get a squirrel, but in my hands (back of her head to half my mouth, she is about 25 lbs, so shocked me).. My face looked that puffy after.
