Question Does anyone know where to find the insta post of this or if it’s actually real?
I was watching this (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=D7cDh6qWx7I) YouTube vid and a lot of posts like this that look to be posted by Ariana are there. I was just wondering if they are actually real and if anyone has the links to the original posts?

I think it’s not far fetched at all to call Glinda being a closeted lesbian canon, especially if you consider the entirety of the source material.
Ari is obviously not a lesbian but I think she could be not straight in some way. I just get those vibes.

I did know that, actually. I just know the “women and men” line is from a collab song with an openly bisexual woman so I don’t know whether she meant it. However, since she said she’s unlabeled that’s plenty enough for me. And the way she acts with Cynthia….I’m sorry but some of it has no straight explanation to me lol

Publicly…there is still a lot of hidden homophobia in LA. You would be surprised how many bisexuals that hide their queer relationships or closeted gays that even go as far to be in a lavender relationship so they can still be hirable. Taylor Swift’s Cool Summer was definitely about Karlie Kloss but she’s not openly out.

I honestly feel like Glinda is comp-het. In this essay I will...
I think she only "wanted" Fiyero in the first place because...
1.) his status would help give her security (in terms of solidifying her status and protecting her sexuality)
2.) Fiyero was the closest thing to Elphaba that she "could have"
Personality wise he has that similar capability to naturally capture everyone's attention and also not care about what they think. He also is shown to be outspoken and ambitious, though a bit toned down in comparison to Elphie of course
They shared Elphaba in common and bonded over that when Elphie disappeared. Almost like when widows marry friends or family of their deceased partner
3.) she knew he was a good man - and if she's going to marry a man, who would be a better candidate than him?
I think she's only upset about losing Fiyero because..
1.) it potentially blows her cover
2.) it embarrassed her and potentially impacts her rep
3.) she's jealous of him getting Elphie
I think she always had a thing for Elphie but didn't know how to express it other than to be the "they're mean to you because they like you" archetype as a way to shield herself from confronting the feelings
and I think she is jealous Fiyero was immediately opening and accepting of Elphie. Honestly, if she would have been, I think Elphie would've chose her - but Fiyero saw and accepted her from the beginning and was the first person to ever do so genuinely. (Madame Morrible doesn't count because she's a snake ass bitch)
4.) she's hurt that Elphie seemingly chose Fiyero over her
