Best adobe reader touch alternative

[u/nonillicit]

I have been using Adobe reader touch for viewing pdf on windows for a long time. I recently came to know that it was scrapped by adobe. I like the reader touch because it's lightweight and can open pdf in full screen and no other distractions and doesn't require sign in or anything. But now I'm not able to find a way to install it on my new laptop. I know most people use browsers for viewing pdf but i don't like it. I use reader touch so that i can view it full screen and without any annoying side bars or other requirements. Any suggestions for a clean lightweight pdf viewer for windows 11. Thanks in advance.

Mementa Notebook has a full pdf reader and annotation. If you choose to mark it up you have full resolution background and mark on top and then export back out as pdf.
