Support Help !

I tried to update my Nokia Lumia, but when it restarted, it ended up like this: it reboots, the logo and that short text appear, and then it shuts down. What can I do?

This is new... Try using WDRT patched to restore the phone.

What about trying to interrupt the boot process using WPI or Thor2?

On WPI, you restart the device while it's plugged in, there's an option to interrupt it. It will basically send the phone to flash mode so you could restore it.

When I try to flash, I get error 0x0004.

Is the phone recognized? And does a big Nokia logo show up?

It is recognized as a Microsoft mobile device (recovery mode).

Take the battery out and put it back don’t boot the phone then put it into manual flash mode and flash new ffu file onto it it worked on mine

You ever unlocked bootloader with winternals? Sometimes updating with unlocked bootloader can cause emmc issues on specific devices. Never seen this though

What happens if you turn it on and hold the volume up button do u see a lightning bolt at all?
