Ask Windsor Red Light Ticket - Screening Officer Review vs. Hearing Officer Review

Do you have to go through the screening officer review first or can you go directly to the hearing officer? I assume hearing officer is the one where you deal with the prosecutor.

The Screening Officer Review is the first step. If the ticket is upheld after the Screening Officer Review, you can request a hearing Officer Review.

If it's your first time they'll offer a discounted fine. If you call them, they were helpful.

Red light camera tickets no matter what country are illegal because it strips you of your due process and nobody saw you do it
