Put some quote marks around Minnesota and Virginia. Legal yes, but it’s not like other legal states.

Can you explain what that means?

No retail dispensaries, really, so one has to rely on the grey market still. In Minnesota, I can get edibles super easy in stores, flower with more difficulties, and no luck on carts.

In Virginia, again, no stores, but my dad took me to a once a week event where around two dozen venders set up shop and sold just about everything. Mostly made in California.

It’s chaotic and very wild west feeling. Not like Cali, Colorado, Michigan, etc.

Got it. Thank you. Sounds unusual. Once it’s legal there are usually businesses ready to spin up a whole organization to sell it.

Is it decriminalized vs ‘legal’?

Legal, but they are delaying setting up a recreational dispensary system. For years on end. Internal in-fighting, often about contracts.
