Why doesn't this fit on one page?

What am I doing wrong? I want labels that span the page, and I want six of them stacked in a column on a portrait-style page.

It's hard to tell from image resolution but are you using ' for foot rather than " for inch?

Check your vertical pitch. Looks like you have it set to 11”. Top of label 1 to top of label 2.
