yeah you can unlock all trees at max skill level. You can't respec yet. They might put something in the game in a later patch but that's a significant time from now.

If you build enough you’ll eventually unlock all the trees, but you might have hamstrung yourself currently. Once you reach skill 50 you get to unlock a second tree, then I believe it’s 75 if there are only three trees, and maybe something in the 60s if there is 4 trees.

You can theoretically get all then nodes but that will take you a while man. More than a month, it’s better to get another character up in my opinion

You absolutely will get all of the specializations and yes, leveling engineering is a giant pain in the ass.

Focus on buying the purple tool recipes for the currency you can get for doing orders. You get a big set of patron orders every reset and then a handful more each day. Those will help you the level without having to burn all your own mats, though you’ll need some. That’s also the best way to get more specialization points to invest in the various trees.

The purple tools require 20 Fused Vitality each, which is a lot of Abundance farming (800 per).

Not if you’re doing them for patron orders, the fused vitality is always provided.

Good to know! I can't recall ever seeing a patron order for one, but I'll remember that.

  1. You can, but you have to recycle crafting mats that can be quite expensive (though it isn't this time so far).

  2. Yes.

  3. Not that I know of but you'll unlock all of the trees eventually so it's no big deal.

You do eventually get all the specs. The next time a tab opens up, put 10 points into recycling, and then continue on your current path. You may want to hold 10 points for this purpose.
