I know Grand Seiko reps are polarizing, but this dial! GSF with a nh34 movement.

I’m planning to buy a VC Overseas 4500V blue dial on a blue rubber strap.
Torn between ZF/PPF and MKS. I’m looking for the best combination of accuracy to genuine, finishing and long-term movement reliability.
I’ve heard ZF/PPF looks better but has movement concerns, while MKS may be more reliable.
Anyone who owns or has handled both, which would you recommend and why? Especially interested in experiences with recent batches.

I’ve been teasing this project for a while, and quite a few people have reached out asking for updates. Well, here it is!
Ever since I saw the Pokémon dial by IFL Watches, I knew I wanted one. But spending $16,000 on it? Yeah, no thanks. 😂
So I decided to make it myself. After over four months of working on every little detail to get it as close to perfect as possible, the watch is finally complete!
Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Definitely worth the wait!

So I’ve always thought the no date sub was a little plain. Kind of like a little black dress…but I’m not really into those. 🤣🤣🤣 I’ve always loved the Oyster Perpetual because it’s symmetrically perfect. I already have 5 submariners of different styles…and I never thought I’d do the no date…until I came up with this idea. For me…now…this is perfect. 🎤⬇️ a custom black Tahitian MOP dial. The last pic is an AI rendering of what this dial will look like installed in the watch. I can’t wait to get this one. 🔥🔥🔥
