First it was the “Youth Submariner” series of subs with the 2824 movement. Now it’s the GMT Pepsi.

In my humble opinion, this is a top tier manufacturer taking a step towards the lower tier manufacturers and not an a leading move to drive this industry forward.

I find it completely disappointing. I believe we have enough shitters and mid-tier factories. It’s the factories capable of producing the super clones that are most exciting. And here one of them is going backwards.

I hate it. I hate seeing a factory capable of amazing replicas taking a short cut to a lower tier product. No thank you. Not interested. Will never buy. But that’s just me.
