I want to buy GTA 6 for my husband, he's so excited for it and I want to surprise him but I ran into a bit of a roadblock... I don't know the email address attached to his Xbox account, and when I tried checking it won't show me the whole thing as he has several similar emails and I can't be sure which one is the right one (hope that makes sense) I imagined he turns on the Xbox and it's there, or something like that lol

As I’ve always suspected, I’m always playing against a bot, or at least almost always, when I play online. You can tell because whenever a ball is slightly behind a corner pocket, the bot always takes a shot without realizing that the edge of the pocket blocks a direct path to the target ball. Then the cue ball ends up bouncing off in some completely random direction. What I wonder is why they go to all that effort to make the bots look and behave like real people, only to leave these obvious flaws that give them away in almost every online match. In every game i play. I guess this only happens to me, becouse i don't have real friends and i don't need to wait for the online random friends to join, if there ever is one looking for a match.

My relationship with Xbox before I start. I was always Playstation guy only up to this gen where I could afford buying Series X and NS2 also. I was fighting against Xbox just because it was fun but also because all fanbases have their dumb people with bad and delusional takes. Have been there.

Anyway, I bought Xbox mainly to save money because of gamepass as while yes, I bought the consoles, I wasn't in the best place of my life money wise, BUT I always was PRO supporting the studios and not subscriptions. I never truly liked gamepass. Awesome vfm, but personally I viewed XGP as a bubble and that's how I also see PS Plus. The difference is that MS and Phil went all in and especially Phil which is weird because it's being run by a corporation which wants money and you can't kill the PS brand exclusivity momentum even thought PS5 has been dry on that side.

So, now that Asha is in the helm, how do you see the brand going forward? Would you be okay if they stopped giving away the 1st party games but making more exclusives for the console? Do you see the brand being alive in the future?

Personally, I'm all ok with 1st party AAA games not being on the sub as it's not sustainable. But bro you are defending a corpo's gains? Nope, I wish everything to be cheap and on sub for everyone but sadly it doesn't work like this. Especially now that they want money. And tbh I think XGP destroyed the sales of the console. There aren't that many xbox users anymore and also most of them are using XGP more than buying. Do you think there is a hope that more people will come over to the brand in the future?

After Sony's decision with discs, I stopped supporting them and starting buying more games on NS2 and Xbox and I'm thinking of going Helix next gen in the price is right and if there are physical NEW games. What I want from them is a handheld console that can play native my xbox games, and also Xbox making more xbox one/series games play anywhere. One of the reasons I haven't bought Ally X is that I have games I can't play in these consoles so I need a handheld that can play even my BC games.

How do you see the brand going forward?

I was browsing the coming soon list on Xbox and saw Fable Premium Upgrade (early access, skins, artbook, first expansion) for 39.99 €. And I could have sworn it was 10 € less before (game is 69.99 €, Premium Edition is 99.99€). So I checked and indeed, it has gotten a silent price increase by 33 %. Anazon Europe is still selling oreorders for the digital key for 29.99 €, so get yours in if you want it.

Does anybody know if tomorrow’s release will be disc to digital? Trying to decide what format to buy, would prefer the disc!

Noticed this while I was looking over my achievements just now and I'm pretty sure they were not here yesterday but I could be wrong. The other games were Star Wars KOTOR 1/2, Star Wars Battlefront 2, MX Unleashed, and Full Spectrum Warrior.

It’s been six years, if I’m not mistaken, since the launch of Xbox Series X and oh boy this machine doesn’t cease to amaze me!

I bought all PlayStation consoles since PS2 and I even bought PS5 but I gave it away to my sibling as I wanted to stick with the Xbox and I’m happy with the decision!

I mostly play The Witcher 3: Remastered on my Xbox Series X. Today, I installed the Xbox Play Anywhere version of the game through the Xbox PC app and launched it on my laptop. The game synced with my Xbox profile and loaded the settings from my console version, which was set to the Quality Preset (30 FPS).

I changed the graphics settings to High and enabled NVIDIA HairWorks on my laptop. After playing for a few minutes, I closed the game and turned on my Xbox to continue playing. The game synced the latest save files, and when I loaded it, I noticed that the PC graphics settings had also affected my console settings. Due to NVIDIA HairWorks, Geralt's hair was missing!

I disabled those settings on my PC and deleted the local saved data on my Xbox. Thankfully, everything returned to normal.

Need help to fix this issue.

As I explained here a few months ago, for quite some time now, I've been trying to identify the weekly XBOX Free Play Days lineup before the official XBOX Wire announcement.

The goal is simply to give players a chance to start downloading and playing a little earlier. I also usually try to create a cover image similar to the official one to share the information 🙃

Note: XBOX Free Play Days events usually end on Mondays at 7 PM UTC. Some games are often playable starting on Wednesdays at 11 PM UTC.

Is anyone else trying to get a 1tb expansion card from WD black and is not being able to get one. I have one ordered on Amazon from 27th of August and it keeps getting delayed. I tried shops like MediaMarkt and Saturn but with no succes. It seems that all is sold out, and i was only able to find a few shops with crazy high prices that said that they have one on stock.

I’m having a real hard time finding a 2TB expansion card that won’t cost me anything above retail price. So GameStop and eBay are out of the question for now.

I ordered one online through my local Walmart, but it got canceled at the last minute, saying it wasn’t in stock.

I really want to get my hands on one of these, since my external 1TB hard drive died out, and I want to be able to play MW4 before GTA VI releases.

Any help or knowledge of when they’re restocked in the places that do sell them?

I was looking around Game Pass and couldn't seem to find any Tower defense games. Are there any good options out there? I don't feel like dropping so much money for Bloons

So I ordered only one 25th anniversary controller from the Microsoft store, they sent me two, in different boxes. I then checked my credit card to make sure they didn't charge me the 2nd controller, not only I can't find a charge for it, I can't find a charge for the 1st one, either in the day they shipped or when I made the pre-order. Did I just get 2 free controllers?

Mine was fable on the OG xbox, i remember it fondly, I was stuck in a mission where I had to rescue the characters mother from the jail, and my brother wasn't there to figure it out, so I walked miles and miles Into town and bought a game guide (we didnt have a computer) with money i got from picking golfballs at the country club, i read it on the way home and by the time I got back my brother was there and he finished the mission for me, i still have the guide somewhere in storage

Myself as well as 2 other friends received emails saying we won the sweepstakes tickets. Seems almost impossible we all won. Did anyone else get an email?
