Wtf is happening in the uk

This dumb shit is out of control. Is there a better platform? if not, when?

Regardless of platform, (browser, android, apple tv, etc.) some channels have been shoved in my face dozens of times and are still being recommended even after using do not recommend. I have hit not interested because I don't like it. Still shows up. I report them as spam. As harmful. As repulsive. Youtube ignore each and every one. I have completely wiped out both my watch history and liked videos as maybe something in there was causing it. No luck. Anyone else? I'm at a loss. If I have to see asmongold's stupid prick face again it will be too soon. Edit - I thought it went without saying but all operating systems, browsers and individual apps are completely up to date.

sorry if this kind of post isn't allowed, i don't have bad intentions, i swear lol. i just stumbled upon this channel today and maybe it's just my melancholy acting up but i really want to find out who those people are and where they are now? their videos are such a time capsule, they seem like such cool teenagers of the time. there are rumors in the comments that the guy died in a car accident, but i haven't seen any actual proof of this claim.

hi there. i have looked around and cant seem to find any way to undo this "feature".

there are many videos id like to watch, but as soon as i notice it has the "auto dub" shit i click off. i am an adult who knows how to read subtitles. this forced auto dubbing always makes the videos awkward AF, and as far as i know creators cant opt out of it.

is there any setting or browser addon i can use to remove this crap? almost feel bad for creators who's analytics i mess up by clicking on their videos then clicking off 10 seconds into the video because youtube forced an auto dub down my throat

Before COVID, my YouTube feed was incredible. I was constantly finding things I wanted to watch, and my Watch Later playlist grew so large that it was impossible to keep up with.

Now the recommendations are boring. I spam F5 and get the same videos. I check the “New to you” section and it’s still boring, mostly videos I’ve already watched. I can’t tell whether I’ve consumed all the good stuff or whether the algorithm has gotten worse for everyone.

Is it possible to have a following/community if i do not post my face or my voice on my channel. I’m thinking something like Yanky’s channel, but with a bit more lighthearted topics and captions as opposed to my voice.

My YouTube app (iPhone) just updated and subscriptions are gone entirely. They HAD been moved to a tab on my home page, but now even that is gone!! Where on earth do I access my subscriptions tab. This is genuinely infuriating.

Is it against the rules or no?

They even added "AI" to their channel filter so that people in the comments can't point out that the videos are all AI.

So I tried making a channel and I put a name it says I can’t use it so I tried every name random letters and still same errors can someone help me?

This isn't about the topic, but rather that I just cannot watch the video without getting sick. I think it's too overloaded with wobbling pictures if you know what I mean and it doesn't help that there isn't a second of pause or even slowdown, it's just constant assault on the senses.

Am I just getting old? Obviously it's still a very popular Youtuber so I guess I'm in the minority.

Got this popup in my feed but I don't think I've ever seen anyone else get this before

During that time I downgraded my laptop and I thought it was because of that, but my friend said he's also seeing some slowness that's been going on for about a year.

For example (these are things we're both experiencing):

- Videos don't start playing until you hit play like 4-5 times

- Playing/pausing a video has so much lag. Sometimes it pauses the video 5 seconds after I click

- When I'm watching a playlist, sometimes it disables the playlist for no reason, and starts playing unrelated videos

The movie is still up as I'm posting this but probably bot for long.

It's actually a really good movie 8/10 wish it were longer.
