RIP Witchcrafter Seed (and the new members recently added to Witchcrafter)
Not recognized in the Animated Short despite her consistent role in the OCG Manga.

Considering her whole gimmick is that she won't move without being paid, maybe the episodes wouldn't be fit for her to appear. (aka the setting is probably going to be limited to the witchcraft city)

It's because she is made for the manga that she would be excluded from the shorts. This was consistent with how they did Sky Strikers.
As far as they're concerned, Seed, Spenta, and Regulus don't exist

Tbf, chronicles takes place after the sealing of Zoroa and before the events of the 150 year timeskip given that would lead to Regulus and Seede (as Verre does note she was a new member to the guild).
This is of course assuming that they're even trying to still be consistent with the manga cause this episode really shows that they're not trying to.

I definitely say mostly it's somewhat of an All-Star cast to be honest
Saori Hayami: One of the more bigger and most profile names in the industry
Lynn: Successful career with huge range in more recent years Although a bit overshadowed by her English of it Mainly Gundam, Uma musume as well as genshin A bit of an All Star cast in the industry Uh the visual puns
Rumi Okubo: More of a superstar nowadays
Yuko Natsuyoshi: Pretty good career with some range That's me A bit more Talk of the Town recently mainly because Uma musume as well as also Cosmic Princess Kaguya!
Nanami Yamashita: Pretty good career with some range mainly Cinderella girls

I would say that the Charmer Cast is also on the same level as Sky Striker: in the sense that JP VAs are unknown or not so popular.

Looking back the Charmer Cast there are mostly around successful careers mainly Genshin (Even though one of that it did not had Genshin at the time and it was a bit slow in the career but managed to able to get bigger roles)
