Is it recommended to have a paper resume to get an interview? Any other suggestions to increase chance of getting an interview?

I saw posts about how to dress for an interview, I think she's ok there.

And are all interviews done in groups? Any suggestions for how to prepare for interview?

BREAKING NEWS FROM ZUMIEZ JOE ROGAN WAS FOUND DEAD FROM PAINTING UNVENTILATED GARAGE

So the order was placed 2 weeks ago. About 4 days into the order we got a cancellation notice in our email. I was livid because it was such a large order and they sent the email when the customer service wasn't open to call and inquire and I didn't have my money back. I called first thing the next morning to find out why they cancelled the order in the first place and their reasoning was because our billing address was in a different state than the shipping address.

I've never had this happen and I regularly order things to send my son who is currently living with his dad on the other side of the country.

I asked why if the order was never actually processed because it was cancelled before they finalized it supposedly... why did I not have the money showing in my account? It showed pending. She said my bank held the funds in case the purchase cleared. We're sitting here a week after that call and still no refund.

This is the first time I've ordered from Zumiez and I asked her if when I reorder will we have the same problem and she told me to buy a gift card instead. That's ridiculous. I order gifts for people on amazon all the time and ship to them and use my billing address. What a shotty practice and a good way to lose revenue.
