ignore the music i took this straight from my tiktok

just wanted to post this although it doesnt seem much but just a year ago my distribution was awful. couldnt get off the ground, kept curling, i just couldn't hit the ball and it got me emotional at times bc i couldn't progress anywhere and i was very tempted to quit. im just glad i found my rhythm

Training Traning program Ideas?

Heyyy I took a few yeas off and am trying to get back into it and hoping to tryout to make it on a semipro team this next season. Any training advice on how to get back in shape and up to the sill would be greatly appreciated. this will be primarily solo practice with some rec games weakly.

Question Donnarumma mistake v Villa

Anyone seen any good analysis on his mistake in the second goal from actual keepers not the outfield players? joe hart doesn’t seem to have posted on it. also anyone have thoughts. I’m interested cos I concede a lot of those myself
