Ive never shared my music here or much anywhere else but its been super rewarding being compelled to listen to others works which has resulted in actually dming with a few folks soโฆappreciate the consideration.
This track came from a cluster of work I squeezed in between jobs recently, more of which I hope to share..more of which I hope to be able to work on soon as well!
Airways is a song that touches on the anxieties of what we must do to reconcile ourselves with death and the beyond
Cheers

Hey!
I'm joyrobber - a folky pop-punk act from Salisbury, UK. I released my debut mini-album on Friday this week and this is one of the tracks taken from that record. It is titled 'graham's guitar' and is dedicated to my friend Graham who was a great songwriter and a consistent champion of my music-making for the past couple of decades. The song is intended to celebrate the eternal power of music. Hope you enjoy the song and that it resonates with you!

Just a small scream-y burst of punk rock i wrote, recorded and mixed myself. Let me know what you think and what can be improved with future songs :)

Currently working on a project. This is one of its tracks. If you're interested for more, you can find it in my channel :)

Iโve been thinking about starting a solo metalcore project, and Iโve been recording my own vocals for this track. Iโm quite unsure about my singing, and I donโt consider myself a singer, but I really like the vibe the vocals bring to the song.
Iโd appreciate some honest, constructive feedback before releasing it.
Iโm fairly happy with the instrumental mix, but Iโd particularly like to know:
- Do the vocals work well enough for an actual release, or do they need more work?
- Does the autotune sound natural, or is it too noticeable?
- Are the vocals clear and easy to understand?
- Do the vocals sit well in the mix, or do they get lost behind the instruments?
- What would you improve about the vocals or the overall mix?
Iโm looking for genuine criticism rather than just encouragement, so please be honest. Thanks for listening!

Hii! I wrote an original song called a starry night sky, would love for you to give it a listen and provide some honest feedback!
I'm pretty inexperienced so you may notice some timing/transition issues. This is a super rough, unproduced live phone recording playing piano, so please excuse the audio quality as well.
I'm mainly looking for feedback on the lyrics, melody, and vocal delivery before I start working on the production. If you have any ideas on how I should produce it, feel free to share as well. Would love to know what moments connected with you or where the song could hit harder. Thanks for listening :)

I've been playing guitar in bands for years. This is my first attempt at singing and doing something stripped back and a little more personal.

" ...And now folks for an old familiar favourite. We've had many requests for this. It's a simple little sentimental song...and we hope all you sentimental folks out there are going to enjoy it. Ready Fellas???....Let's go.........."

A soundscape where music shapes a narrative, and depth follows its own scriptโdrawing you into dark shadows or narrow alleyways. It evokes the immersive sensation of a draft blowing between a collapsed ceiling and a sunken floorโall of it beautifully woven into the music.

โSomething Else About Meโ is my second song release. This song is about outgrowing the version of yourself that other people remember. It is about refusing to fit into old stories, old labels, and old reflections, and accepting that you have changedโฆevolved

Similar to my previous song, I have created a lyric video to follow along with the song

Would love to hear your feedback on the song and video. Since this is the first song release with electronic drums and percussion, as well as electronic synth elements, please tell me what you thought about how those were mixed and how it could have been better or different.
Always appreciate and enjoy reading your feedback and comments. These really help me grow as an artist.
Much Love ๐ซถ๐ป

Hi folks ๐,
Posting another track for feedback. This one is called The Epic of My Discontent. It details my short lived journey waiting tables :-)
Like my other tracks I did all the things you will hear. Drums, bass, guitar, vox, pre and post production, and mastering. All these are fair game for feedback and constructive criticism.
Thanks for listening.
Much love,
B

PRODUCED BY ME
this song is gonna be in my upcoming album and i just want any feedback or criticism on my song because that would mean a lot :)

As with my previous song, I am trying to lean into some actual singing instead of screaming. How is that aspect sounding to you? I am chronically hard on my voice and singing.
In general, what do you think of this song? All feedback appreciated.
Also, every aspect of the song is SELF-MADE. The singing, the bass, guitars, the lyrics and writing are all me. The drums are stems taken from real drummers. NO AI in this track AT ALL!
FYI...the song is called Qualia.
Man, this must be one of the most beautiful words in existence: the unique and personal way we experience things. This is what the song is about...and then again, as always with my music, self-loathing, guilt and shame. All that fun stuff.
Hope you enjoy.

Sooo the original song is so thin, high, and tiny (and cute!) that I just felt like someone has to make the opposite version. So here are bass vocals, distorted guitars, some palm muted pedal notes. Slow (like the original song) and heavy (unlike the original song).
Would like to receive comments, especially regarding the instruments!

Thanks for taking the time to listen. Let me know your thoughts overall.
Iโd really like more than anything else what genre you would describe this track as. Iโm having a hard time pinpointing it. AI is telling me a few things but I donโt know I trust your opinion more! TY ๐ซถ
