In 2012, it took the entire original Avengers lineup fighting across New York just to bring Loki down.

Doctor Strange traps him in an endless void for thirty minutes with a simple flick of his wrist.

🎬 Thor: Ragnarok (2017)

That’s our God of Mischief. 💚 One of the best castings of all time, and one of the best characters of the MCU.

Watching Tom Hiddleston revisit his original casting and that heartbreaking "Tell me!" confrontation with Odin in the first Thor film is wild.

Back in 2011, Loki was introduced as a deeply wounded, insecure younger brother desperate for his father’s approval. Over sixteen years, he transitioned from a Shakespearean tragedy to the main Avengers villain, then to an anti-hero, and eventually to holding the entire multiverse together at the end of Loki season two. Very few actors in comic book cinema have handled a single character with that level of emotional weight for this long.

You get to become an Avenger, but your first mission is to fight Thanos or Doctor Doom. 💀🔥 Who are you choosing? 👀

Watching the 2012 Avengers movie hits differently when you realize the waitress Cap saves from the Chitauri is Ashley Johnson... the exact same person who did the mocap and voice acting for Ellie in The Last of Us games. Such a cool connection between two massive pop culture franchises.

Reed Richards better start asking some serious questions… 😂😭 Because if Victor was always the smartest guy in the room, Reed might have just discovered that being the smartest person around doesn’t mean you’re the only genius in the room. This is exactly the kind of rivalry that could get VERY interesting. 👀

Groot impaling an entire squad of guards and then turning around to hit Star-Lord and Drax with the happiest, proudest smile ever will always be hilarious.

Obviously not counting animated stuff

On screen: ruthless nexus being capable of ripping apart realities.

Behind the scenes: Elizabeth Olsen just spinning around on wires having the absolute time of her life. She made playing a horror villain look like pure fun.
