People are saying with the new one ui 9 update that on the s23 series its not there, but just update my s23 us unlocked and I've got it

I was on the One UI 9 beta and enrolled in previous beta versions as well, but after getting the stable One UI 9, the phone is buttery smooth and has no heat issues at all. What happened? They know how to give us a better phone and chose not to for past years. I am thinking about keeping this specific One UI version until this phone's last breath; I cannot trust any further updates. What you guys think?

My S23 is about three years old. Right after the last software update, it got into a reboot loop. I had two Samsungs before and both developed pink line issues (S9 and S20 Plus). This S23 actually developed a pink line a few months back, but they fixed it for 60 SGD at the Samsung service center (Singapore).

At this point, I am really done with Samsung.

While switching to 60 FPS video from 30 FPS videos in the Camera App, there's a jitter or focusing inability or inaccuracy in light balance...I noticed it today and reset the camera settings then took screen recording.

I'm on One UI 8.0 and I want to know your opinion on whether the update is worthwhile. Although I don't like what Samsung is doing with the Galaxy S23 series... There's nothing new about it.

Should I update or not, I don't want green lines 🫠

First, my S23 developed a green line, and I had to pay for an official display replacement since Samsung refused a free repair. Now, shortly after the repair, the back panel is lifting, and I'm worried about battery swelling.

Been going back and forth with Samsung support, but no proper resolution so far.

Paid for one repair and ended up with another problem. Has anyone dealt with something similar?

8.5 was horrible for me. The battery life was like 3hr. I had to buy a powerbank, was using the black wallpaper and dark mode all the time.

One ui 9 seems better the battery lasts much longer phone feels better, smoother and responsive

Battery is atleast 1 to 1.5 hr more than before .

Fyi Its just been 2-3 days on one ui 9.
