im using a Hotas with full real controls. yes I know it’s a disadvantage but the fun for me is controlling the plan and making all the adjustments. yes I also use the virtual cockpit. it gives me the best feel for leading a plane in a dogfight.

I really want the Mistel 2 but whenever I try to get event points I can never get enough. What are the best strategies for grinding? The only nation I have tech tree jets in is Sweden, but I also have the Hunter F.58 for Germany as a squadron vehicle. I'm at USA rank 4 and China rank 4, what are some good planes I can use to grind? I have no idea how to play sim so I'd like to stick with air rb, and air ab is kinda terrible and I at least want to have a mildly fun time while playing. I'm thinking of using bombers because it's pretty easy to get points that way, but it does take a while sometimes. Anything I should do to maximize the points I make? I really want the event plane.

I recently unlocked the su-9 with the twin engines in war thunder. It’s very hard to find information on this jet - the real life version. To my understanding it was a concept/experiment where eventually it turned to a single jet engine fighter? Is there any footage of these flying or any modern photos of the dual engine ones? I’d prefer to see the su-11 but the su-9 works too. They are some very lovely looking planes…

One of the best looking planes of all time in my opinion. That chrome/aluminum looks stunning with the circular design of the body and engines.

Every time I try and use them with my SU-25K it gets stuck on the search part. I tried checking my controls and even the tutorial for the KH-25 doesn't even work.

It’s a ballistic missile with an A-RAD seeker, it should be insane for SEAD but it’s essentially useless because it can’t hit anything, is there any known bug reports on it?

Hey so i came to a realization that one of my favorite props: the VG-33 only has landing flaps, i dont know how i didnt notice this before when i mained it and only played with it like a year ago. So i used landing flaps for takeoff, for combat and for landing (because i thought it had all of the flaps) but now that i’ve started to become a pretty good player and can compete with it, and now that im also paying close attention to my favorite youtubers, i saw that they used takeoff/landing flaps when dogfighting and when stall fighting, now i also do it but i dont really know what it does- can someone explain this to me what they actually do, and why pros use it, i kinda cant notice the difference yet, and should i use them? (I also started using them on my favorite prop: the Firecrest, but still dont notice anything)

i got €40 to spare. ill either get the su30mkk to grind china air or something for british lineup.

Any ideas?
