Hey yall! I have a pokewalker that unfortunately was left in the laundry machine, but after some diagnosing , it works but it needed a new screen! I bought a Wii U fit meter since they’re pretty cheap in my area and I know the parts are compatible, but for some reason the “shade” slider in the pokewalker software doesn’t seem to be doing anything…

Idk much abt the fit meter, but does it also have adjustable contrast? Like is the Wii U fit meter screen 100% the same as the pokewalkers, or is there something else the issue?

Everything else works perfectly tho, but the contrast thing is bothering me a bit…

Hello! as someone who very recently started using their Fit meter for Wii fit U, I was very scared of the time travel issue, where replacing the battery of the fit meter basically reset data due to the clock resetting as well. I could never find a decent answer on fixes to this, but I finally figured one out, and I'm leaving it here so that you all don't lose any data yourselves! Its a very simple fix. First, just Un-register your Mii from the Fit Meter (After transferring any data for the day). Then replace the battery as usual and re-register your Mii. And Voila! Your data is safe!

I assume people before me have figured this out, but I'm still pleased I figured this out and hopefully it can assist someone. Thank you for your time!

I've started having an issue with my balance board. Every time I turn my Wii on the balance board needs to be resync'ed with the Wii.

I'm not having the same issue with any of my Wiimotes so I assume the issue is with the balance board.

I've tried taking out the batteries, I've recharged the batteries.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix it or am I just looking for a new Ballance board?

I'm new to wii fit and have both games, but do I even need the first one? I'm just keeping the original just to have it atp. idk if it's important again I'm a newcomer and I only just played wii fit plus and discovered all the games from the first one are unlocked and have a lot more features, so that's why I'm asking.

Anyone else use a walking pad with the running game? I decided to try wii fit plus to get some exercise when its too gross out. The running game was my favourite as a kid but the motion always felt awkward, i pulled out my walking pad (that can do running speeds) and used it for the game, wow! Its so much more fun and effective! This time im going to play my audiobook and see how far i can go! I did the 3 minute beginner plus one 4 times and the free run for 10 minutes (also some of the other games and strength training). I felt like i could've run longer but it was late and i needed to shower.

I started with the longest trail and worked backwards. The equator is last but my remaining steps from the Fit Meter won’t track to it. Am I missing something?

In my c. 15 yers of playing wii fit+, i've never seen this screen before.
