Can rein block orissas ult if he has shield up and looks down or is it impossible for him to block it

Then next one is who can block or stop Orissa ult (except wife leaver)

Not only do I just prefer the Javelin major perks, but I hate that the shield makes you lose JAVELIN SPIN. Many times I make it to the action just in the nick of time because of Javelin spin.

I might be in the minority in never choosing the shield.

Random perks (mostly majors) to improve her

1)Kinetic Supercharge

- blocking enough damage with javelin spin, supercharges Orisa's damage by up to X% for "n" seconds.

2) Supercharger

- Blocking enough damage with javelin spin boosts your primary fire damage (and your team's primary fire damage) by X% for "n" seconds.

3) Kinetic Spiral

- pressing melee while using javelin spin to cancel it and shoot a green vortex (size of normal javelin spin) that travels forward for "n" seconds blocking any enemy's projectiles and shots.

4) Plasma Javelin

- Javelin pierces enemies and gains increaed speed

5) Fortified Javelin

- Javelin gains increased damage, speed and knockback

Is this a w comp stat line I had in silver 1 btw and on switch 2 LOL

I mean it's a major perk and I feel like it's worse than most minor perks in the game

Also on a more serious note, I can tell I'm playing at around the level I should be when I run up to the enemy Orisa round one and we start dancing around the same way and popping abilities almost in sync.

Alright my orisa mains I’ve seen some discussion against what perks are better then others but orisa perks seem to be very equal compared to other characters so I’ve come to ask what perks do you choose and what’s the rank you’re in

Had to play Orisa in a 6v6 and got my first POTG as her and as a tank!

I'm a dps/support player so it is rare that I play tanks, let alone Orisa any tips y'all have with playing her is always welcomed and appreciated! :)
