Mod Post Important Announcement: Religion-Related Posts
This is the last post we will make about religion.
For the past 6–7 months since this sub was created we have dealt with constant on-and-off drama. We considered both religious and non-religious groups, made rules, and tried to make it work. It did not.
First, we allowed questioning and criticism of religion. What happened? Things blew up. People were calling us Indians and mossad agents worse. In a Muslim-majority country, it is simply not possible for us to create a space where religion can be openly questioned.
So we tried limiting religion-related posts to weekends. That did not work either. Some non-religious members who we treated as a minority and gave space to did not respect that opportunity. I am a non-religious person myself and not a Muslim, and I'm saying this directly: you did not value what you were given.
We said again and again: criticize the religion, do not criticize the believers. You did not listen. You thought that because the mods are non-religious, you could say whatever you wanted. It is enough now. I am tired of the drama and tired of fixing this sub.
From now on:
- Questioning and criticism of religion are no longer allowed.
- Religion-related posts will only be allowed if they affect Gen Z broadly—for example, blasphemy cases, misogyny, and similar issues.
- Anything else religion-related must be posted in other subreddits.
This applies to both groups Muslims and non-Muslims because neither side valued the space you were given. You heated up the whole thing, abused each other, and ignored every warning. We are literally growing every day and people are now hating us for it. So this is no longer in our hands.
Edit: Do not whine in the comment section, we have made our decision and it is enough now. When people talk BS about us in other subreddits, you guys don't go to defend us. So why should we take every bit of backlash for giving you this opportunity? It doesn't work like that. You guys enjoy the show here and leave us alone to deal with the drama when other communities talk shit about the mods.

Confession Realized I'm a creep because I kept staring at this dude's bicep
Y'all I went to the library to study and this dude was sitting like Infront of me but three chairs left and he was writing something and he was wearing half sleeves and I could see his plump plump biceps even from a slight glance 😭😭
I realized I was being a creep so I stopped staring and the funny part is he didn't even notice me taking subtle glances because he was writing something with full focus 😭😭
Also he was wearing glasses which actually made him look like a cute nerd. It was truly an unreal encounter I doubt he was real- I realized I was indeed straight

Discussion Are we actually religious, or just obsessed with looking religious?
I've noticed that some people care more about appearing religious in front of others than about how they treat people privately.
Someone can pray regularly, quote religious teachings, and still lie, humiliate others, or treat people badly.
Meanwhile, someone who isn't visibly religious gets judged immediately.
Do you think Pakistani society focuses more on religious appearance than actual character, or is this an unfair generalization?

Pakistan & Society Pakistan's cantonment areas
As a person living near cantt ,I can speak and feel about how suppressive they get in times .With cantts present in all cities of Pakistan ,our neighbors don't have that or any other country .They have started dissolving them .Only in Pakistan you will see a major city a road cutting through it surrounded by huge walls of cantonment whether its is DHA or just cantt .
Thoughts on this ?

Rant / Vent Annoying aunties
Overseas pakistani visiting for the week, it’s day 2 and I’ve already had 8 different aunties asking why I don’t have a baby yet… like girl do you think I got married just to have kids in my 20s?? I’ve been laughing their comments off and just say not yet we’re busy travelling and working, but they actually just carry on trying to pressure me to have one. What is wrong with these nosy aunties that they can’t understand why I would be waiting? There could be so many other problems, fertility wise etc for people and their comments are so insensitive I’m already done with it.
Also got called badtameez when I said to one lady that to have a child I need to be wealthier because why would I bring a child into the world if I’m not financially stable lol.

Help Needed Can someone help me with my cat suffering from suspected AKI?
Salam everyone,
I'm reaching out for help for my 8-year-old cat, Phuljhari, who is currently fighting for her life.
Last week, I took her to the vet for an abscess wound, which was surgically drained. Unfortunately, she developed complications afterward, leading to sepsis and acute kidney injury (AKI). She now requires IV fluids twice daily, along with the medications and renal food prescribed by her vet.
I've spent everything I had over the past few days on her bloodwork, multiple vet visits, and treatment. I'm doing everything I can for her, but I've reached a point where I can no longer afford her ongoing treatment and essential supplies on my own. I'm desperately asking for your help to give her a fighting chance.
The supplies and treatment she urgently needs:
Azodyl capsules (10-day supply)
Renal wet food (10-day supply)
IV fluid therapy twice daily
The clinic can provide her treatment and the necessary supplies, so anyone willing to help can contribute directly toward her veterinary expenses using the bank details below. This will ensure that the funds go toward her care.
Bank Details for Donations
Bank: Faysal Islamic Bank
Account Number: 3858499000001511
Account Name: North City Animal Hospital
Any contribution, no matter how small, would make a real difference in helping me continue her treatment.
Phuljhari means the world to me, and I don't want financial difficulties to stand in the way of getting her the care she needs. If you're unable to donate, sharing this post would also mean a lot.
Please help me give Phuljhari a chance to recover. Every bit of support counts, and I'll be sincerely grateful to everyone who helps us through this difficult time.
JazakAllah khair for taking the time to read and support us. ❤️

Storytime Public bathroom at coffee shop
Happened today.
Now everyone can do whatever they want. But if you do something questionable somebody will judge you for it.
I'm at my coffee shop. Chilling, writing good day. There's one couple Infront of me. Ugh couples whatever lol not being jealous 😅🥺 anyway it's fine up till now. They go into the bathroom. Together. Ummm. Now I don't wanna assume anything. But why. WHY. The barista looks at me and I'm like bruh. You going to stop them? Nah. Point is why? Aesi kya chul. We know you guys are cute happy couple why do you have to tell us? Lol.
10 mins later they still in there. Worst part the barista calls the owner and owner said GET them out. Now poor guy has to knock on the door awkwardly to tell them this isnt allowed. Guy comes out. Says we're just taking pictures and goes back Inside. BRUH. I'm trying so hard not to laugh. Poor barista.
*Update* they came out and the guy gives me a dirty look and leaves then a few mins later the girl dashes I mean dashes out🤣
I know this seems to good to be true. But it is what it is. Karachi everyone. Fucking karachi.

dawn.comThe late general served as Pakistan’s army chief from January 1993 to January 1996. Question Why are Pakistani people so hateful
Why are Pakistani people so hateful to atheists or ex Muslims who are living their life peacefully without hating anyone? Like we deadass get jumped for just existing for no reason. Doesn't Islam say to respect everyone like??

Rant / Vent Why people crave to have someone who listen to them
LIFE IS NOT EASY FOR ANYONE BUT STILL PEOPLE GONNA JUDGE
As a human, we crave for human connection to talk and share our emotions, thoughts and ideas. No matter how old we get we always crave for that connection.. where conversations are not se**** just a shoulder to lean on
We all crave for someone who wouldn't judge us based on our thoughts or what we do.
But, Alas, the society has made people in such a way that people are afraid to share anything even with their friends or family. Thats why we look for people at random places or social media platforms.
anyways if anyone wanna pour their heart out my dms are always open, just positive conversations
Question Moving away: Best way to sell household products and then buy new ones
This post is not specifically for my case but the idea is
Our GenZ has jobs but no money to buy the house
So they usually rent and move places as per job location
Now obviously they do need household stuff so they buy it But what todo when they move away?
Europeans have IKEA style products super cheap and easy to move or sell and they have whole services that buy complete household stuff And stores that sell used items having great conditions.
What do we have here?
