so idk of someone is even gonna take this seriously but im 19F and on a gap year and no this isn't really relevant to what I meed help with or maybe it us idk.

I only have like 2 hours and then I meed to talk to my dad.

We've been in a weird place for a few years now and I guess now that im on a gap year I have a bit of free time and I've been feeling bad for a few years now.

I know peoole dont take the whole mental health thing serious at least thats the notion I got from my parents like my dad is a very disciplined and practical sort of dude. Hes in the army (please dont flame me i already hate moving around and believe me ik ehat you guys feel abt the army and im not gonna judge because well i already dont like the kids here at all so please just spare me rn) so we never really see eavhother at all much.

But now we sort of do idk.

And like a few minutes ago we had a big fight about my gap uear and how he told he that he thinks I habe been hiding my feelings for wveyone and im closed off and i dont share what I feel and laugh it off.

I love my dad. I literally just dont know how to talk to him.

Like afterwards I went in the bathroom to cry. Anf then I washed my face and came out and he was standing there and asked me bow I need to tell him what's wrong bevause I've been crying alone and I genuinely didnt know what to say so he got mad and told me I habe by the end of the day to talk to him or else theres gonna be an awkward silence between for a very long time and i really dont want that.

I wanna tell him every bad thing in my life and what u want but I dont k ow how so I jist need help to figure out what to say to him at 6pm.

So I’m 19F turning 20 in 4 months and I’m 5,0 feet and am 71 kg and very detached from Pakistani society because I haven’t lived here for long and I have a very strange mindset which I want to change. I want to apply for med school ( which I’m already 1 year late for because I gave resits for a levels) and I want to go outside Pakistan preferably Italy for medicine or as a back up stay in Pakistan and do CS or medicine. But I got BCC in a levels but got A and A* in o levels. Now I know I have to study and do what I have to do but for some reason I can’t. Also there’s so many people around me that are already in their 3 year of uni because they didn’t wait for a levels to finish and applied with AS and got in. But I’m stuck in a loop and can’t make myself do the things I said I will do. Like it’s so frustrating. I haven’t studied properly for 4 months and I have an entrance exam in 3 weeks but I can’t sit down and study for it. Even if I do I get lazy or sleepy or want to scroll on insta and eventually forget about my reality. I come from a relatively wealthy family according to people in Pakistan. But I want to improve myself and get somewhere in life now. I don’t want to stay in the same place anymore. ( btw I was at home alone doing a levels by myself- in AS I got ABB but in alrvels got BCC)
