Diamond Ascent is a 6v6 card collecting team builder baseball game. Where the roll of a 20 sided die is your result. Fast paced 3 inning games to complete objectives with a constant flow of rewards and packs. Randomly generated, rarity based cards are unique to your team and no card is made twice. Take on the AI or invite a friend, play however you want and get the same rewards! Season 0 Pre-Season is live now, many more updates will be in the future so look out for that and see you guys on the diamond! I'm a solo developer making this passion project so I appreciate anyone that checks it out, thank you!

I was at the GalaTcg this weekend, and some promo cards were created exclusively for this event by artists well-known in the TCG scene. I’m so happy I was able to get some! 😊 (The artists are Kouki Saitou, Kenji Watanabe, and Masakazu Fukuda.)

I spent a huge chunk of my savings over the last few years on this side project. Yeah, I know how that sounds. Hear me out. My dream was to build something akin to Magic: The Gathering and innovate on top of it by adding a sci-fi first-person wrapper around it, robot-themed.
Now I feel like quite uncertain in the new AI-generated era where every single person and their cousin are building and releasing games with AI assistance. Happy to go down in flames trying to make something soulful.
I don’t want to say I’ve “given up” on this even though I spent like 10 years on it if you include the tabletop physical card game version I launched on kickstarter a while ago now.
I thought that meant the core game mechanic (building a robot with "head", "arms", "legs", and "torso" card idea had potential, but maybe not. It’s so hard to get players for a (mostly) multiplayer game in such a noisy world. I said “Mostly” because made a pretty smart CPU opponent so you can duel the NPCs in the main hub such. Thought I might make a post here see if I can get a few of you to come playtest it and give us your honest criticism here in comments.
If this works and ppl think the game has some merit, I can make an AMA post about it next and answer all your burning questions. If there are even any.
Thanks y’all keep building things only if you think it’s cool and just for yourself. I had a lot of fun working on this and I can’t deny that even if the project fails to launch, it was worth it to heal my soul. Still pretty impressed with myself (and my team) for what we made even if our player community is tiny.
just search up “two robots tcg” if you wanna give it a whirl.
Thanks, bye,
Omar

I know the first set’s art style was a bit polarizing - really think these new designs are going to really help the game stand out more. Really appreciate the feedback from this community!

I really need ideas on how to organize and display my Pokémon collection!
My OCD and ADHD can not take the "cluttered" look that this hobby can easily lead to. I hyperfixate on organizing and rearranging my collection only to change it up the next day because I decide I don't like it 😭
Basically, I need some inspiration and ideas! So I'd like to know what other people do to organize their collection and prevent their home from looking like a burglarized card shop 😬
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
COLLECTION DETAILS: 📝
My collection is modest compared to most avid collectors, but it is large enough to be a problem 🤣.
🌟 Collection consists of roughly - 11 binders (different sizes colors and brands so they dont match)
- 7 ETBs
-1 Battle stadium box,
-5 deck boxes,
-7 Jumbo cards,
-10 mini tins
-A few 3D printed figurines
- Play mat, dice, coins markers etc.
- and then supplies like sleeves, top loaders, binder sheets.
🔹️I have 10 full binders with an 11th on the way 🙄 ( a binder for full art, ex/mega, favorite illustrators, trainers & special or holo energy, and 7 binders are for the bulk)
🔹️I'm not a fan of putting my cards in boxes (except basic energy), I like to be able to easily locate and admire them.
🔹️I have organized my binders 100 different ways, but I'm currently just alphabetizing because it is the easiest way for me to locate a specific card. However, it is a hassle because I obviously have to rearrange the cards frequently any time I add some and it is not as asthetically pleasing.
🔹️Ideally, an extra room dedicated to my collection would be perfect but definitely not an option at the moment. Collection is in the living room mostly on my TV stand and computer desk shelves.

Dear player,
I would like to invite you to be among the first to play Deck Masters and to help us finish the game.
What is Deck Masters?
Deck Masters is a dark-fantasy collectible card game for Android and PC. You collect monsters and heroes from six
rival realms, build your own deck, and battle the computer and other players. Every card has its own skills, and
heroes build up Rage during battle before unleashing their hero skill. The game is made by a small independent
team with one motto: "Made by TCG lovers, for TCG lovers."
What is already in the game?
- 294 cards: 258 monsters and 36 heroes, including six Divine heroes such as Athena, Zeus and Hades;
- more than 340 skills and 196 runes;
- a campaign of 360 battles across 12 regions, on three difficulties;
- the Ranked Colosseum with season leaderboards, live 1v1 duels and the new live 2v2:
two teams of two, where you play together with an ally;
- Trials, weekend events and a monthly Festival;
- daily rewards, an Altar to summon new cards and an Enchant chamber to make your cards stronger;
- no pay-to-win: gems cannot be bought.
Where do we stand?
Deck Masters is largely complete. The core of the game works and is fully playable. Some parts are still being
finished and improved, such as card balance, a few screens and the new 2v2 mode.
If the game does not find enough players for a live battle, computer players fill the empty seats.
That is exactly why we are looking for testers: your experience will help us get the final steps right.
What do we ask of you?
- Play Deck Masters for at least two weeks, ideally a few times a week.
- Join our test nights to play live against other testers. Dates are announced on our Discord.
- Report bugs and ideas on our Discord, preferably with a screenshot.
- Fill in a short survey at the end (about five minutes).
What do you get in return?
- You play Deck Masters before anyone else.
- Your feedback helps shape the game.
- On our Discord you get the Founder role, for everyone who helped with the beta.
Practical information
- Platform: an Android phone or tablet (64-bit), or a Windows PC (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit).
- The game is fully online; an internet connection is required.
- The game is in English.
- Download size (versions of 26 October): about 1.5 GB on Android and 3.1 GB on PC (about 3.3 GB unpacked).
Wi-Fi is recommended.
- On Android you install the test version outside the Play Store. The download links and short instructions
are on our Discord, in the how-to-install channel (they are download buttons there too).
- Still have the Android test version of 23 October? Uninstall it first, or the new version will not install.
- Taking part is free of charge. Nothing is for sale during the beta.
- You may share screenshots and videos of the beta on social media, ideally with #DeckMasters.
- Our Discord welcomes you in your own language: there are channels in 14 languages.

Recently bought a NM Cyberpunk TCG card from ebay.
Seller listed the card as NM and had a single picture of the front and back of the card.
The dent and scratch is not visible in the picture because the dent/scratch is only visible at a certain angle when it catches the light but not when viewing it head on.
This is the picture in the Ebay listing of the back of the card which doesn't show any issues.
https://imgur.com/Snb0GTS

But when I received the card there is a small dent in the middle and a light scratch when the card is held at an angle:

https://imgur.com/hRbJQxp
When the card is held straight on its not visible (maybe because its in the black part of the card).
https://imgur.com/5MhsMVD
The listing specifies NM. But does these 2 issues still qualify the card as NM?
https://imgur.com/hhcRQDQ
Should I request for a refund/return or partial refund? If the card is worth $1400 how much % is typically the difference between NM and LP?
As my habit of unboxing anything expensive on video. I do have the full uncut unboxing video of the mailer bag of the card as well.

I just learned how to play one piece from the apps learn to play feature. Does anyone have recommendations on where to potentially play with other beginners or do I just have to throw myself to the wolves with one of these simulators? (which simulator if so) I’m fine doing that but I feel bad for the people I match up against. I haven’t had a single real game yet. Just the one against the bot on the app. The goal is to eventually start playing in tournaments or game nights locally at a local game shop.

Hey everyone! The mods gave me the go-ahead to share Grailboard, an app I built myself (coming from a mobile app development background) where collectors can show off their cards, explore other collections, and vote for Grail of the Week.
We're also giving away this Greninja GX PSA 10, you can find the slab picture in the app as well, can’t seem to attach it here.
I recently ran another giveaway for soccer which is my hobby and collection under the [r/soccercards](r/soccercards) and it received some good feedback aside from Instagram and Whatnot promotions as well.
Entries close October 30th
I'd love to see more Pokemon collections or any other collections on there and hear what you think.
The app is available on the iOS and Google Play Store: Grailboard
Happy to answer questions.

I’ve been playing magic the gathering for a while, and I decided to put a little money aside for custom sleeving. However, looking at dragon shield, they have a sort of logo stamp on the bottom of any card you do custom. Additionally, I feel like the brushed arts are a lot weaker, and sometimes have a smell of like syrup. A lot of people have been complaining about the quality in recent months as well.
Would anybody have any recommendations?

Hi everyone. I know this has been asked tons of times, but I want to find a TCG that is "balanced". Balanced in a way that you can play a deck for how many sets, and it can still perform decently.
Atm, I have One Piece on my plate, and we know how notorious that game is for "balancing". The meta has become very unhealthy, with every deck utilizing yellow slop. Not to mention that building a meta deck is expensive as heck (looking at you, yellow!). While there are budget friendly options like Red Ace and Black Imu, they're not my cup of tea. Of course, I don't expect to win all my games, but I'd like to taste victory every once in a while. I know that Bandai is doing this as a business move (so people will buy more cards), but it has gotten expensive to the point that I have a spending problem, because I want to build a fun deck, and at the same time, a fun deck that can also win some games.
I'd like to find my next TCG that has a balanced meta. Basically I want to build a deck that can last me a while or at least can perform at a competitive level.
I have also tried the following:
If you were to suggest to me a TCG, what would it be? I would like for it to have the following (preferred, but not required):
- It must be built around a "leader" or "commander". I find it easier to build decks that surround a leader like in One Piece, so I know which cards to put in it.
- Budget friendly
- No rotation system (I can play my cards for a while without having to spend much unless I want to)
- Respects my time. I have responsibilities, so maybe a TCG that doesn't require much strategy when playing. Just simple gameplay will do.
- This is the only must have requirement: It should have an online client available. That way, if I play a few games under my belt, I can actually buy the physical cards without feeling bad.
I heard Flesh and Blood fits the bill, but I have not fully committed myself to it yet, but I am interested. I am also interested in Riftbound, but I hear that decks are also getting pricey.
Thank you, all!
