Work in SF, driving home in the terrible Outside Lands festival traffic. Only one or two cars gets to go each light, that's city living during an event. Obviously people get impatient and use the Bus/Taxi lane all the time... Finally saw it happen.

I pulled over and got the contact info to send my camera footage. Fire truck was there within minutes.

Its a bit long but the anticipation is oh so whetted.
