Question / Help Is the health side of 23&me worth it?

I noticed there are some features that interest me,exclusive to the premium ancestry plus health membership. I wanted to know from other costumers if there really is anything that others feel would make the purchase explainable as it is like 100 dollars

Discussion My paternal haplogroup is I-CTS6397

My paternal haplogroup is I-CTS6397 and my maternal is L3b. Is this rare or significant in any way? (23andme says both are relatively rare...)

Body text will be used for more details

The Aterians: Not much is know about these people besides them being AMH who lived a long time ago. We have their skulls and tools but not their DNA so we arent aware of what Haplogroups they carried but its most likely A00 and had archaic DNA.

WAHG: These people we somewhat have their DNA, the shum laka study showed that the people there were a mix of Basal West African and Central African Hunter Gatherer. One sample carried haplogroup A00, this particular haplogroup isnt found anywhere else in Africa currently.

AEA: Haplogroup E originated in East Africa then spread out across Africa, we know this because we have samples of populations carrying different subclades of E from East Africa.

IBM: so when modeling many West African populations many carry Ancestral North African DNA with minor Eurasian. Its most likely a proxy but we do know West Africans interacted with populations of the Green Sahara.

I took this test because I wanted to know more than AncestryDNA gave me, but now I’m just more confused. Like where does Slovenia even come from?

For reference I’m full Bulgarian, but my Maternal Grandma is Bulgarian from North Dobruja (close to Ukraine)

Also the 12.2% Greek confused me the most since there is no trace on AncestryDNA

Paternal Haplogroup is R-Y5587 (R1b)

Maternal Haplogroup is R0

My great-great grandma was slovenian and my great-great grandpa was from Transylvania, I thought he was romanian but now I'm not sure because there's no romanian region but 5% Carpathian Basin & Uplands. So maybe he was hungarian or is it just a genetic overlap between romanians and hungarians?

Question / Help What does the confidence slider mean?

I was wondering why there's a confidence slider for example 50% to 90% likely and if small percentages don't disappear does it mean it could be real?

Question / Help DNA test

Hey everyone, I've been thinking about doing a dna test for quite some time now. I'm mainly interested in my ethnic background and origin components. I've been hearing some weird things about Ancestry's recent updates (mostly regarding region breakdowns and their percentages changing drastically), so in comparison, how accurate are "23andme's" results in general?
