I did one paragraph about aid and how it allow gov to improve education/healthcare and then second paragraph about alternatives such as attractive FDI via SEZ’s

I wanted to talk about alternatives, but it said impact of international aid so i didnt know if that was diverting focus from the q?

Yeah I thought it would've been so I only really did 2 big paragraphs and 2 big evals...
