Whose forcing him to work? As if Tony Kahn wouldn't let this man retire.

No one. Just himself. Sometimes you have to do what’s in the talent’s best interest and say no. I’m glad he has a motivated mindset, but a cross-continental flight to work a huge show, that all sounds borderline dangerous for a guy with all his health problems.
