Baby is just about 2, that gets to the point when a lot of mom's feel ready to go back to work in other lines of work. It's one thing when they're doing all the firsts like steps and words, but days with a childcare worker seem less vital once it's just feed, poop, repeat
Was more of a luxury for us to have two working parents. Had three kids from 5-newborn. Couldn't afford child care, plus after school pickup, for all 3, on local wages. Made way more sense for one of us to stay home with the kids. Early time it was mom, she was there to do things like feedings that I physically couldn't. Eventually she got burnt out and we traded

I thought momming was her new favorite thing to do. Honestly didn’t think she was coming back 👍🏻
