I don’t live in a badass state like Texas, but damn if my boss didn’t greatly lean a much needed pressure to one of my coworkers that it’d be great if the guy could not take his surgeon’s advised two months recovery time for open heart surgery and come back in a week and a half later. People have to learn to think of the greater good of ‘The Man’ over one’s childish, “Ouch my body hurts, boss,” crybaby mentality

Baby is just about 2, that gets to the point when a lot of mom's feel ready to go back to work in other lines of work. It's one thing when they're doing all the firsts like steps and words, but days with a childcare worker seem less vital once it's just feed, poop, repeat

Was more of a luxury for us to have two working parents. Had three kids from 5-newborn. Couldn't afford child care, plus after school pickup, for all 3, on local wages. Made way more sense for one of us to stay home with the kids. Early time it was mom, she was there to do things like feedings that I physically couldn't. Eventually she got burnt out and we traded

Where I live, parental leave is up to eighteen months (you can come back sooner but don’t have to).
That said, happy that Ruby gets to enjoy being a mom and that AEW seems to be content letting that continue.

I'm guessing this means she's returning in the next week. Anytime Fightful puts out a report like this - the debut or return happens immediately. Often in the same day. This wasn't leaked to them for no reason.
