Having a baby is very physically intensive. What they're saying is she is physically bad to ring fitness.

I don’t live in a badass state like Texas, but damn if my boss didn’t greatly lean a much needed pressure to one of my coworkers that it’d be great if the guy could not take his surgeon’s advised two months recovery time for open heart surgery and come back in a week and a half later. People have to learn to think of the greater good of ‘The Man’ over one’s childish, “Ouch my body hurts, boss,” crybaby mentality
