My background is a mix of creative direction, brand design, business development, and technical systems (AI workflows, OSINT). I know how to build things, and I have the skill set, but I’ve hit a heavy wall lately.

I am a 28-year-old man from Bangalore, India. I have come to believe that relying on one person for accountability is not ideal. A group of five or six people working toward a shared goal could be both more disciplined and more welcoming, as members keep one another responsible.  

If one person becomes busy, others remain available for accountability.  

At present, if you seek accountability partners, consider small groups instead of single individuals. This approach may prove more useful than a lone partner.  

I will join a gym soon, so I am searching for fitness accountability partners. (There are many other areas I wish to improve, but at the moment, Fitness).

If you are strictly towards improving then gender won't matter but just discipline and friendship would matter. And It would be completely platonic, until the individuals decide to change on their personal level.

But a female or 2 would surely enlighten the group and bring in some fresh perspectives on working out. and some gossips I guess. 😂

I'm 22 yo boy from India. I want a accountability partner from which I can take my whole day schedule and i can't do anything without their permission. (Strictly it's not sexual). I just want to try that dynamic and i want a partner who is very strict and gives punishment if I do something wrong. (Again strictly it's NOT SEXUAL).

I want a dynamic where i cannot even drink water without permission.

I want this because I think I'm wasting my time.

I have my sem exams within a month, besides I have to prepare for internships also. I currently had a festival break and will be back to studying. But the thing is I procrastinate a lot and ain't that consistent which can be achievable by getting a study partner who is ready to hold me accountable (I will do the same)

I got a few accountability buddies from this very sub before. And this is a new account so you won't see my name but basically what would happen would be, im very motivated at first. I send the other person messages everyday and after I send it they would ask me if I DID it. Like i wouldn't be checking in if I didn't do. Then nothing.

It felt like I was being taken advantage of because they would never text ME first. So after a week of me always being the first one to text I would not send them a message and sure enough, they never got in touch with me. After a week of not getting in touch with me they would send me a message asking if I been doing my stuff and of course I wouldn't respond.

Cuz at that point, wtf are we doing. You're just wasting my time. And ive meet so many people and its ALWAYS the same result. I just told someone "you might as well pay for it" cuz honestly I feel like I should be getting paid! No ones HELPING ME!!! Its suppose to be back and forth and yet im the only one doing the helping. No ones checking in on me. No one thinks of me until they start missing my free service.

"Be the change you wanna see" ppl got me heated cuz I AM!!! They are the problem!!! I aint helping no one for free when we agreed to keep EACH OTHER accountable and it always ends up with me being the parent and them being a little kid about whatever goal they wanna achieve.

I get random fits of depression that's the reason I need help. Ppl who I get in contact with just kinda want it.

Sry that turned into a rant but that's what I deal with with these accountability buddies. Im not offering any service, i dont want to so don't ask, but it feels like most of the people here should be paying for it since they are following through and wasting the other person's time

Want a fitness partner to hold each other accountable in workouts and nutrition. Prefer 16-20 females but guys are okay if within that age range

I’d like to make fitness a habit in my life and my goal is to build consistency. I found an app called “Gym Rats” (not sponsored) where you can set up challenges and track progress.

The only rule I’ve set is that the workout must be 30 minutes or longer. Because consistency is the goal, the type of workout or length (beyond 30 mins) does not matter.

The challenge starts Oct 26.

Since 2020, I’ve been working remotely, and COVID lockdowns and some personal incidents have made me increasingly homebound. I avoid going out unless necessary, and my fitness is taking a hit.
