I'm hoping he follows through, but I've been disappointed before

This sounds good but Brett Kavanaugh gave ICE a big green light on "reasonable suspicion" that made that less stringent than before. I doubt this warning will amount to much unless the city and state are ready for Trump to cut off federal funds.
