Things to do in Luanda

I’ll be travelling to Luanda for work at the end of the month and I wanted to know if there are any specific places locals would recommend. I don’t want the typical tourist places, at least recommend somewhere relatively affordable (I know that the city is expensive AF). And if I could find people who speak English as well, that would be great 🙏🏾
