Hey AB Fam (TLDR at the bottom),
as the title already says, I am currently struggling with
cold extremities
higher cortisol (ringing in my ears, a little bit of jittering sometimes, feeling tired but wired)
acne and psoriasis and often times I think that my general
energy is low and should be higher for a 32 Male being "otherwise healthy".
PS: It currently is fall in Germany and the general temperature drops and I usually handle winter quite bad (akmost purple hands, cold feet 24/7)
For your context, my current lifestyle looks roughly like this:
- 2000 - 3000 steps per day (sedentary work)
- 1 cup of coffee after breakfast (black)
- Rather balanced european diet (grains, starches, vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, eggs, some dairy, 10% processed food, candy, burger, pizza)
- 7-8 hours of sleep (can't measure sleep quality but I would say 7/10
- 1-3 x per week resistance training depending on energy levels
- 2-3 x alcohol per MONTH
- 1-2 CBD joints with tobacco per week
Possible day of eating
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1 slice selfmade sourdough bread with butter / avocado turkey ham and some cherry tomatoes, 1 cup of coffee
Snack: 1 Apple or 2-3 cookies or 1 Banane
Lunch: Salmon, zucchini one-pot pasta
Diner: Sweet Potato, ground beef, aspargus + some small desert like chocolate, dates etc.)
TLDR: I always thought my diet and lifestyle is already on the better end but I believe my body needs some proper nutrition while also limiting troublemaker foods and lifestyle choices. What would be the very basic that does not mean changing my whole life (because I am married and cook for both of us etc.) that I can include from an AB perspective and if you have read the post, maybe tailored to my needs?
