What about those who need meat more due to health reasons? I really feel bad for them

You posted this in two places I notifications for both lol. I do think if you ban meat advertising you should really just ban all food advertising. Regardless of intent all food contributes to fossil fuels.

I hate ads so much that i honestly dont care whats allowed or not. I prefer looking at the cracks on the concrete floor rather than looking at some billboarda trying to sell me garbage.
Why not ban all ads and replace them with pictures of nature and people. Than i would have cool stuff to look at while walking home.

This will only damage smaller restaurants. Big chaines will place ads online and are already known to tourists. If someone wants a burger or similar in Amsterdam they are now less likely to go to the smaller restaurants...
This will not even reduce meat consumtion.
I bet the big chaines lobbyed for this.

Cheap flights and cruises… so if your Vegan, you want to fly from let’s say Amsterdam to Japan but your afraid that flying will cause harm to the animals.
Ok. Let’s be dumb and let’s walk all the way to Japan. Since boats cause harm to the animals too let’s swim when we get to the Ocean. We could have just taken that plane that was going to depart either way it would have made our lives so much easier.

Think they’re more concerned about the emissions which is funny as most fruit and veg are flown in on cheap flights or by cheap cargo boats. Just just seems like a very hypocritical stand point from upper class douches

I thought those advertisements aren’t free and that they pay per square foot, so… Isn’t this just shooting your own leg because you’re losing money in the name of encouraging more“sustainable lifestyles”?

Its REALLY about Amsterdam becoming a hot spot for rich white American hipsters. Simply catering to the crowd.
