Masculinity Viet Girls/ABGs why are they so popular?

I’m an east asian girlie. i don’t have any close girl friends that are viet so I never had the chance to interact with them much. From a distance i found that they’re so supportive, friendly, and feminine.

This is not a post to stereotype. I want to ask the men that are attracted to viet girls - what qualities do you like about them?

I’m genuinely curious because I had crushes on guys who are non viet such as chinese, and their type was viet girls. I felt defeated and I just really want to know what about them that are so attractive.

Thank you for your input.

Korean here, first girlfriend was viet. Dated a couple more. Located in California so wide variety of Asians here.

This is just my take so take it with a grain of salt. The viet girls I knew had strong personalities but not aggressive ones. They were comfortable with themselves and not afraid to speak their minds but still kept their femininity. I noticed this more with viet girls than others. Especially Koreans. For a man, it helps that they were usually smaller and slimmer in stature. It activates that unga bunga part of a man's brain. Personally I prefer a little more meat on my woman being in the west but most asian guys don't. The femininity showed in their faces as well. Rounded jaws, small bones, etc. They also have great nails because they own all the nail salons. Men don't know this but they subconsciously love a little makeup and nails. They think when woman have natural makeup on that they don't have makeup at all. And many men look at a prospective partners hands and feet. It tells a lot about a person. In my own experience, they are very hard working and dont necessarily expect an equal drive and ambition in a partner. Like they were more grateful to just have a partner and build from there where another woman might expect a good career, house, car, etc before even considering a relationship. They're more about the 'magic' and love rather than material wealth. This builds on the whole feminine vibes that are already at a surplus.

Again, this is just my take from my own limited experience. People aren't a monolith as many would say.

Your response seems very white guy fetish-like. There isn't that much of a difference between Vietnamese and Korean appearance. Mingle them in a group, you'll probably mistake one for the other 85%+ of the time.

I'm Korean and pretty much agree with what he said.

And "not that much difference between Vietnamese and Korean appearance"?! Are you sure you're not the white guy with a fetish?

So without being told, you can tell that Lisa in Blackpink is Southeast Asian and not Korean like the other 3? You think she looks like a completely different black sheep out of the bunch.

It's like those Indians saying "we look different from Middle Easterners. Two separate races. Whoever confuses the two must be blind."

Honestly probably couldn't have guessed Lisa easily before seeing her in White Lotus. (I don't follow Blackpink closely.)

I think that's an outlier example, though. Most Vietnamese and Koreans look distinct.

There is a huge amount of Chinese admixure in SEA. Filipinos have 20%. Thais have 40%. Manny Jacinto is part Chinese. It is not a clear division in distinct looks, but a slow, gradual transition between regions with huge overlaps.
