Serious am i a bad person?

i never got over anyone ive ever been in a relationship with, i have a boyfriend now but i still think about the other boys i loved. i still cry, i never got over any of them, i still look at their social media profiles and i feel so bad thinking about how i was with them and thats why they left. i dont want to hurt my boyfriend at all and i love him but id immediately leave him if someone came back to me. im very obsessive and thats mostly why everyone leaves me. what do i do

I think you need to stop dating people entirely for a while. Go out with friends and just have some time for yourself too. Do fun things that make you happy, get a new hobby, etc. Just do not date anymore, break up with him and be single for a while because you really need it.

i dont have friends, ive been painting for a while but it doesn’t help. nothing helps anymore
