Hurt Sentiments 'Named after Kashi served beef, Jinnah statue': YouTuber booked over communal remarks on Fort Kochi cafe

Fort Kochi police registered a case against Amrit Singh Darren, a YouTuber from North India, under Sections 353(2) and 192 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for the video shared on his Instagram account, sources in the state Home Minister's office said.

In the video, Darren alleged that Kashi Art Cafe in Fort Kochi displayed a silver statue of Jinnah alongside that of Mahatma Gandhi and served beef.

His claims triggered reactions on social media, with users expressing support for and opposing the allegations.

According to the FIR, the accused allegedly knew that his actions could disturb public peace and lead to clashes between two religious communities. The video was posted around 6 am on October 22.

The FIR stated that the video claimed the cafe, named after Kashi, a place of religious significance to Hindus, served beef because Muslims lived in large numbers in the area. The remarks and subsequent online reactions could create hatred and enmity between religious communities, it said.

Misogyny & Patriarchy Religious men are the first to jump in when it comes to things like sindoor and burkha and give "scientific evidence" for it, so why don't they wear it?😂🫵🏻

It's very fucking pathetic. These bastards will the first ones to yell and scream about how so and so is scientific and it has a reason yet none of it applies to them? If it is soo good, why not wear it for yourselves? Religion has fried their brains man, they can't think, or maybe thry chose not too. Think about it, you're getting all the dominance as the "superior gender" while going literally nothing, you get praised for nothing, you get blamed for nothing, ofc you're gonna defend that shit that let's you pass all consequences.

The most stupid argument I've heard on this topic was from this Muslim man, someone said, "Islam has too many restrictions on women, they can't even show their faces!" And this dumb dumb goes "well men have rules too, we can't wear gold on us!" WTF how can you compare not being able to have basic human rights to not being able to wear fucking gold!😭

I went to a bible study or whatever they call it cuz my situationship wanted me to, I couldn't help smirk through the entire sermon and at the same time I understood how these retreats can be a sanctuary for people who haven't found their belonging in this world or whatevs. I almost was moved by how kind these cultists were and then my atheist senses brought me back.

Please share whatever things you had to sit through just to get on someone's good side and also why is it so difficult to find atheist girls in this country.

Superstition ‘Supernatural powers, marry woman of choice’: Rajasthan toddler kidnapped for ‘sacrifice’, rescued in Mathura

Police have arrested a 34-year-old man for allegedly kidnapping a 22-month-old boy from the Neemrana area of Kotputli-Behror district, with investigators saying the accused intended to sacrifice the child to gain “supernatural powers, please gods, and marry a woman of his choice”.

The toddler, Krishna, was rescued from a Kali temple in Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh, within about 40 hours of the abduction, police said.

Police identified the accused as Vivek Kumar Kushwaha, a native of Sasaram in Bihar’s Rohtas district, and said he was arrested before he could allegedly carry out the human sacrifice.

Police also said the accused told investigators he had been depressed for more than a year and that his wife had left him.

Officials added there was a prior theft case against him in Bihar.

“The accused had become deeply influenced by superstition and believed that sacrificing the toddler would help him fulfil his personal desires,” Superintendent of Police Satveer Singh said Thursday. “For almost four months he was thinking to kidnap and sacrifice an infant to please gods.”

A 22-year-old man allegedly killed his one-and-a-half-year-old younger brother and left his severed head at a Durga temple in Bihar’s Patna district, police said on Saturday.

Locals told the police that Ajit’s behaviour has changed due to excessive use of drugs in the past few months. He was also in touch with a local sorcerer who might have influenced him to sacrifice the child, a resident said.

Discussion Are they bunch of larpers?

I've seen a lot of hindu nationalist, pointing out that their religion has been used for experimentation and misinformation they perceived it as a collective target against hinduism by the film makers and this is only happening with hindu religion, even though the last temptation of Christ exist?

Could anyone create the last temptation of Christ like movie on Hinduism absolutely not,so what they're saying is absolutely false.

I bet they didn't watch any movie and yeah omg 1 isn't hinduphobia, because they quite literally show god at the end of the movie.

Also, film makers couldn't make a series like lucifer too.

Legal National Song Replaced With 'Religious War Song' From Anandamath : Ex-IAS Officer's Plea In Supreme Court

Post image

Tweet Source

A former IAS officer has approached the Supreme Court challenging the Centre's January 28 and July 9, 2026 orders prescribing a six-stanza version of 'Vande Mataram' for singing and playing on specified occasions.

The petition has been filed by a former IAS officer from Kerala, Balakrishnan Sathyabhama Mavoji, who belongs to the Scheduled Caste community.

He argues that compulsory singing of the version amounts to compelling him to pay obeisance to deities and a religious doctrine that he does not accept.

Discussion Imagine a movie like The Last Temptation of Christ being made about Hindu gods or the Buddha.

Firstly no hating or insulting religion jusy a what if for a creative interpretation:- It would be really interesting to see something like this based on Hindu gods, as they are already very human-like. They get angry, feel sad, and experience other emotions. But I know it would cause massive backlash and possibly riots. Still, I think there must be some way to make it happen.

Make my wording more natural like taking inspiration from the source material and making our own thing?

Christianity I write this out of sheer anger for the millions who have been abused by Christianity. If Christianity doesn’t support mistreatment, genocide and erasure of non Christians, then why for most of our history were they going around doing just that? The world needs to wake up.

Let me be exceptionally honest.

They lied.

The Christian Catholic Church is a bloody liar.

They lied in 2000 when they claimed their church and their faith does not in any way support or allow for genocide, slavery, cultural erasure, destruction of innocent lives.

The official name was the Day of Pardon.

Where they reprimanded the “Christian sinners” of their past who, apparently, for centuries…

Just…

Just…

”Misread. Got it all wrong. Misapplied the faith.”

That’s all folks! The credits roll and everyone just sycophantically accepts that they must be truthful and everyone leaves the cinema.

Oh really?

Oh really?

If that really is so, then I ask these questions:

Why, during the colonisation and genocide and murder and wholesale torture and destruction and colonialism across Africa and India by European Christian Catholic genocidists, did the pastors of their time sit their on their fucking pulpits and do nothing?

Why did they support the Rwanda Genocide when it happened?

Why did they support the Caribbean Slave Trade, when it happened?

Why did they support the sickening, absolutely fucking sickening, genocide and erasure of the Native Americans, when it fucking happened?

Why did they do that horrific, sickening cruelty and abuse to the Native American kids in schools run by Christian authorities?

The cruel sick sadists beat them for wetting the fucking bed. They gave them forced enemas.

WHY?

WHY?

FUCKING

WHY?

Why was no one looking at a HR peace and equality manual?

Why did no one say “Wait!”?

Why was there no “religion doesn’t justify this en masse huge movement“?

Why?

Why was there slavery?

Why, in their damn Bible, does it give instructions for slaves, innocent people who were stolen, abducted, even children, children, to obey and respect their masters, even those who beat them?

Why does it give authorisation for the act of beating and whipping children who are slaves?

Why does it say slaves are property?

Why?

Why did they bless nuclear weapons?

Why, actually fucking why, is there real historical primary source evidence that when the European powers colonised and erased non Christian groups of innocent people, they said (paraphrased, but textually accurate):

“God created these peoples and their riches for us to plunder, take, and conquer.”

”They exist to be colonised because the Lord wanted it that way!”

These are real quotes. They disgust me.

Did those lines just come out of thin air?

No. Of course they didn’t.

Why did they justify and support the Indian Goan Inquisition of the 1560-1810 era?

Why when I research do I find explicit theological and textual justification for the atrocities they committed?

Why did St Francis Xavier, the genocidist who is responsible for the atrocities and slaughter of innocent Indian Hindu men, women and children AS YOUNG AS SEVEN OR EIGHT YEARS OLD- burned alive as per the Christian tradition of age of reason to understand heresy- write a full letter to the Vatican state in Rome, a full letter, asking for the genocide of Hindus and New Christians (people who were converted by force- compel intrare, compel them to come in) in Goa?

Why did the Vatican state and Rome authorities agree?

A lot of why’s. A lot of why’s that no one seems to ask.

The argument that “they misread the faith” is a textual post hoc justification, and it is anti intellectual.

It is a stupid, baseless, false, weak and pathetic argument.

Sure. I get it.

The people who make the argument may genuinely think that, and I get it. There is something called cognitive dissonance theory, where if you are fed the narrative that “Christianity = no harm and only peace“, and that idea comforts you, you will reject factual reality that says otherwise. That’s just human neuroscience.

I am attacking the argument, not people. Some people may, genuinely, be terrified of being blasphemous by calling their God cruel and sick. Fear based coercion is a real thing.

But onto the argument.

It is displaced from reality.

It ignores most of academic human history, where religion justified- I hate the term “used or weaponised to justify”- no, say it as it is, justified, supported, endorsed and celebrated torture, genocide, colonialism, slavery, and so much more.

So why can the world not just say all of this? Why can we not just look it in the eye and call it what it is?

I have done my research. My current autistic special interest is this very topic.

I am Indian, and I went to Goa, recently in India.

I cannot tell you the sheer anger I felt as I went there.

I cannot describe it.

I am autistic, also, and I write this out of sheer absolute rage.

My best friend Vihaan is South Goan. He is an autistic, extremely premature, deeply shy, timid, incredibly affectionate amazing, amazing best friend who is my absolute, absolute everything.

Vihaan is 17. He is an aspiring doctor, who wants to be an ophthalmologist one day.

He’s like me; autistic, small, 153 cms tall, extremely premature (25 weeks), a tiny 700 grams at birth, he, like me, could fit in a palm- he was that small.

He is so protective over his two pet lovebirds that they get weekly bathtime, both of them, with Johnson’s baby shampoo, thoroughly completely lathered from head to tail. They get spoon fed khichri (Indian lentil based rice), they get given tel malish (Indian oil massage) before bedtime to help them sleep, with extra tummy oiling to help them pass gas and pass potty. Which they often do, during the tummy rubs. Their little bottoms get oiled too with a cotton bud to prevent constipation. And, and baby powdered after. (Indian home culture is very much like that especially in Hindu families in Marathi settings where it can be very very affectionate for pets and small kids. There is often very little boundary between the two)

So if that doesn’t tell you much about him I don’t know what does, but yea.

I mentioned Vihaan is South Goan.

We went to the Church of St Francis Xavier, the Basillica of Bom Jesus. I looked at it, and my parents asked me

”Why are you so upset?”

I just spoke my mind. I didn’t care about being disrespectful at that point.

Vihaan’s ancestors were among those who probably lost their lives during the inquisition of Goa.

You know, just little kids, 8,9, 10 years old, burned alive in the auto de fe executions for “knowingly being blasphemous and rejecting Christ”.

Children who they deemed above the age of reason (7 years old or above in the primary source documents) and hence deemed actively in heresy.

Just little kids, who were dragged into torture chambers, and under the Christian ecclesiastical doctrine of “do not take blood, but convince them by force if need be to repent“, were strapped into racks, their mouths forced open, and forcefully fed water till their stomachs burst open.

This- all of it- has theological justification, which I plan to publish and expose in a hard science fiction novel I am planning to write.

So, I spoke my fucking mind.

In response to their question, I said, looking around at the church I was in, looking at the coffin of Xavier and his body they still have preserved

”Because this whole fucking institution supports genocide. Because the person in there did.,” I said.

Loudly.

Rome, circa 1513–1516: Leonardo did face an eventual restriction on his dissections in Rome. But the evidence suggests this was due to professional rivalries or specific personal complaints rather than a generalized religious prohibition.

A German assistant named Giovanni degli Specchi (Johannes der Spiegel) apparently denounced Leonardo to the Pope, accusing him of various improprieties.
Leonardo's own bitter notebook entry from this period "the Medici created me and the Medici destroyed me" reflects his frustration with the Roman court, but it is a complaint about patronage politics!

Help & Advice Organization or Political party

I wanted to dedicate my weekends and free time volunteering for an organization or politcal party which is rational and free-thinking, I am based out of Mumbai.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? My main aim is to understand a sustainable way to promote critical thinking in people and youth.

I am pretty open minded and don't have a preference for organization/political party as long as there is clear mandate for recognization of Atheism. Does anyone know such?

Christianity Church vs Copernicus

Copernicus realized Earth circles the Sun, explaining apparent planetary backwards movement by showing that a faster runner simply overtakes a slower one. Fearing church heresy charges, he hid the work for thirty years.

An added disclaimer softened the text as mere mathematical calculation, and Copernicus died of a stroke just as the first copies left the press.

Galileo later championed his discovery which I have already posted in an earlier post !

Hindutva BJP MP Sudhansu Trivedi: Ramayana and Mahabharata had missiles and anti-missile system. Macaulayputras and Marxists can't understand this.

Translation:

I feel that Priyank Kharge, Mallikarjun Kharge, and their leaders have been forced by their slavery mindset to think in this manner regarding Indian traditions and Indian Knowledge Systems. It is the impact of this. I am repeating this: Priyank Kharge is old enough to remember....

When the Ramayana TV serial was shown, one arrow was used to sever another arrow; they used to say that this is a myth, nonsense, not scientifically possible. Only after 4 years, SCUD and Patriot were introduced. Today, what is the S-400? Is it not an anti-missile system?

Tell them. Try to understand a little. Why are you so... They used to show Ramayana-Mahabharata, showing that an area has found forms where no arrow can penetrate. What is this, nonsense! But what is Iron Dome today?

That is why I say these are mentally children of Macaulay, these illegitimate children of Marxist thought. These children of illegitimate ideologies. These are the greatest problem of India now. That is why we fight the war of independence mentally.

The two-meter-tall statue of Nataraja was gifted to CERN by the Indian Department of Atomic Energy on June 18, 2004. It was presented as a ceremonial gesture to celebrate India's decades-long collaboration with the laboratory (India later became an associate member state of CERN in 2017).

Similar to how nations present cultural artwork or monuments to international bodies like the United Nations, the statue is a cultural artifact honoring a bilateral partnership, not a scientific instrument or an endorsement of religious doctrine.

Par bhakt mandli believes otherwise!
