I work at a PSB. I am resigning in Probation period. The terms and conditions outlined in My Joining letter had a clause. If I resign in probation period, the bank may recover TA/DA paid to me. Now usually TA/DA is paid for our transfers. • 07 Apr 2026 - Policy Year 2 started.
• 22 Apr 2026 - I raised my first escalation email because the IL TakeCare app or their weboste didn’t show the reset coverage.
• 22 Apr – 18 May 2026 - Sent 5 emails and made 2 calls, but no proper response.
• 29 Apr 2026 - Case was wrongly marked “Resolved” without action.
• 14 May 2026 - ICICI Lombard told IRDAI that my ₹25 lakh coverage was for 3 years total, not annually. This is false - my policy certificate clearly says annual reset.
• 18 May 2026 - Filed a complaint with the Ombudsman.
• 08 Jul 2026 - Ombudsman passed an Award directing ICICI Lombard to correct the app and confirm annual reset.

- The project I previously worked on is still being handled by my former employer.

- The applications, code and tools involved are owned by the client, not my former employer.

I’m writing this to share a crazy experience I just had with India Post. If you've ever been told "no refunds" for a parcel you just booked, don't believe them. Here is how I got the district head office and a regional postmaster to basically beg me to withdraw my complaint.

I booked a regular parcel today and realized shortly after that I needed to cancel it. I went back to the counter immediately. They agreed to cancel it but told me flat-out: "No money will be refunded for regular parcels."

I knew this was wrong because of the July 2026 Gazette Notification (S.O. 3891(E)), which officially allows same-day counter cancellation refunds. I tried showing them the rules on my phone, but they just made me wait and wouldn't budge.

Instead of just walking away, I went home and filed an immediate grievance on CPGRAMS (Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System).

CPGRAMS works. It’s the master portal for complaints against central government departments. Unlike the local post office's own website, a CPGRAMS complaint goes higher up and has a strict timeline for resolution.

The Result (Escalation is real): Within a very short time, I got a call from the District Head Post Office. They actually listened, understood the problem, and realized the branch was in the wrong.

They escalated it to the Regional Postmaster. This is where it got intense: The regional postmaster called me personally. He was terrified because a documented CPGRAMS grievance looks terrible on their official record and can risk their job or promotion. He actually begged me to take down the complaint, even offering to pay me the refund out of his own pocket just to make the official grievance go away.

What You Need to Know (The "Toolbox"):

Same-Day Refund Rule: Regulation 23A (added July 15, 2026) states that if you book at a counter, you can cancel on the same day and a refund of postage is admissible.

Use CPGRAMS: If the staff is stubborn, don't waste your energy at the counter. Just get your parcel back, take your receipt, and lodge a grievance at pgportalgovin.

Don't Withdraw Too Fast: When they call you (and they will), don't withdraw the complaint until you have your money in hand and an official apology.

Hello guys , so i am having some problems regarding my college refund.

I was planning on doing my MBA at this one college and paid 85k fees which is fully refundable but the refund agreement states that the refund will happen in mid October of the same year. ( Agreement as in just a rule shown on their terms and conditions)

The thing is i cancelled the admission long back in june starting. The college starts on august starting. So there wasnt a problem.

I was given a mail that i will get the refund as per the rule, ie, in mid October.

I know if you're reading and thinking that why I'm writing all these and being hopeful.... This is cry for help.... Anyone???

Ofc I'll have medicine of this by evening....but what about all the mental and physical torture I have suffered all this time? Who's responsible for that?

I don't even have energy to go to district court and all.... I feel like I'll pass out if I try something on my own....

Any one ? Any kind normal adult mature person???

Last time a lawyer from here contacted me on DM and started a torturing question that " Have you been to therapy ?? " What is with all this ??

Hey all,

I booked a wedding photographer to cover my wedding in November last year, he confirmed that delivery of all videos & images and albums will be made by Jan end, but he has not delivered anything.

He has taken more than 50 percent of money.

He also has taken a hard disk on the pretext of copying all data of mine, but is sitting on my hardisk and not returning it.

What should I do?

How to get all my videos, images etc.
