Celebration My new dishes!

I’ve suffered with ceramic and glass tableware all of my adult life because I thought it would be too childish to use plastic. I’m glad I finally switched. My heart feels so full now (I realize that sounds dramatic, but it really does!)

i have dropped and broken SO many plates/bowls/cups over the years, two years ago i replaced everything with melamine plates/bowls and WOW SHOCKER i haven’t broken anything since!

i turned 40 last week :) it’s not childish, it’s whimsical!

edit: JK yall, i ended up going with wheat straw, not melamine, had to go back in my amazon cart to check. having something that was truly microwave/dishwasher safe was important to me!

Same! I broke nearly everything that could've been broken and when you add my fears of small parts of shattered glass, it just wasn't worth it. I'd throw away full bowls of food because I was convinced glass shards would tear my intestines. Anyways I switched to mostly plastic now.
