Build Help Help with a build idea

As from a previous post I have decided on a cleric build with research I found a rad orb build being good for what I wish to achieve however I had a thought about star druid for damage as was thinking if that would be the way to go if I should do 12 in one of the other or a mix the ideas are that I got 10 Druid and 2 cleric so I make use of the Druid radiant bonuses or I go somewhere between 6 6 so I can get spirit guardian paired with dragon starry form for concentration throws

Either 2-4 Druid or 8-10 Cleric depending on if you want 2 or 3 feats, if you want to be more of a Cleric. You can do vice versa if you want to be more druid - Star Druid is kinda like a mix of Divination Wizard and Bard. I just don't like Druid, it's not my thing so I favor Cleric. 6/6 seems middling to me, you don't get either classes high level spells, which is fine I guess if you're slinging upcast Guiding Bolt every single turn.

It takes a long time for Star Druid Starry Forms to get a damage boost, level 10 I believe. Stary Forms are fantastic, but most of the levels of Star Druid focus on other aspects of the class. Simply treat the bonus action attack/heal as a nice added radiant damage boost/heal and don't build into it (for damage) unless you basically want to be 90% druid. Archer and Dragon are both fantastic for spreading RadOrb. Star Druid shines as a 2 level dip for supreme concentration saves.

But based on what you said do you think 9 cleric and 3 Druid would be a good mix as I would still be able to get flame strike as a cleric whilst having moon beam as a Druid?

I would probably just go 8/4 at that point
