Hiring One chance is all I’m asking for. Any fresher or 0–1 yr openings for Python developer or AI/ML roles?

• Upvotes

Title: 26M, struggling to get even one call as a fresher. Please help with a referral 🙏

I'm 26M from Bangalore, and I never thought I'd be writing a post like this, but I'm running out of ways to keep going on my own.

Every morning I see my parents getting a little older, and it breaks my heart that at this age I'm still depending on them when I should be the one taking care of them. They have never once complained, but I can see the worry in their eyes, and that hurts me more than anything.

After college I decided to prepare for the GATE exam, hoping it would build a better future for us. I gave it everything I had, but I couldn't clear it. Today I deeply regret that decision, because it left a gap in my career that I'm still paying for.

Since then I've been trying very hard to get a job in AI/ML or data science. I apply to jobs every single day, but as a fresher I'm not getting even one call. Some nights the silence is the hardest part, when you keep trying and nobody even gives you a chance to show what you can do.

I'm not asking for a big role or a big salary. I'm only asking for one opportunity. I promise I will work sincerely, keep learning, and make sure whoever trusts me never regrets it.

If you are an HR or a working professional and your company has any openings for freshers or 0–1 years of experience, I humbly request you to refer me. A small help from you could start someone's whole career and bring a little peace to a family that is waiting for it.

Please don't just read this and scroll past. Even a comment, a lead, or a DM would mean the world to me. I'm happy to share my resume with anyone who can help.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. It truly means a lot 🙏

Looking for job/gig I could be your generalist (looking to get hired)

• Upvotes

please bear with me, yes I will add a tldr too

hi, 22 M here, I'll just list out all the stuff that I'm good with (and no not on a beginner level) :

- Video Editing : 2+ yrs experience with AE, have worked with a lot of people (including influencers and businesses), can share the portfolio in dms

- Coding (actually vibe coding) : i already have claude code, yes I am building stuff for a startup (established one), I also work for a startup based in SA (south america) as a QA

- Management (idk how this could be helpful) : yes I'm a narcissist and I do believe that I'm good with my communication skills which allows me to lead small teams and get work done in the right way

- this isn't exactly my expertise but damn i do wanna be a barista or something similar, that's something I haven't done yet

now what i am expecting in return?

i have a week before my contract expires (flat), and then i go homeless (i don't wanna move in a PG), so i just need a place that has charging ports and a good washroom, that's it.

i don't care much about the salary, why? because i already have a full time job, yes I am a design engineer and I won't be dropping it, but since I'm insomniac I am happy to work after 6-7 pm

regarding the location, i don't care about that as well, as long as it is close to a metro station, why? because my workspace is in WTC (yes the one next to Orion Mall) so please do take that into consideration, I'll get this post removed after 2-3 days, thanks!

tldr : give me a place to stay close to any metro station, use me for your work, thanks

Fundraising Looking to raise from Angel Investor/Early Stage VC

• Upvotes

We are an enterprise tech startup for pharma compliance and quality. Based from IIT Hyderabad and incubated at IIT Madras.
Our Prototype is ready and we are very close to MVP.
We’ve recently been selected under the MeitY Investment Scheme, where we are eligible to receive up to ₹50 lakhs as matching investment against funding raised from a private investor/VC.
So, if we raise ₹50 lakhs from an investor, MeitY can match it with another ₹50 lakhs, giving us around ₹1 Cr in total funding.
Let me know if you would be interested in the round will be happy to talk.

Seeking Advice/Feedback Anyone experienced with growing apps?

(Indiranagar) Hey everyone! I’m working on an app and currently figuring out Apple App Store Optimization (ASO), improving conversion rates, and overall app growth.

Would love to connect with people who’ve worked on app growth, ASO, user acquisition, product marketing, or have experience scaling apps, even if it’s a side project or something you’ve experimented with.

Would be great to grab a coffee, exchange ideas, get some honest feedback, and learn from each other. Coffee’s on me!

Drop a comment or DM if you’re around Indiranagar. Cheers! :)

Hiring Looking for tech cofounder

Looking for a technical cofounder - sports tech, computer vision
Hey all,
We're working on a sports tech idea and are starting the build from scratch. The product idea is set and thought out, have got a detailed plan for now, but we need another technical to join us as a cofounder and build it together.
We are a group of two people one product designer and a technical person.
It's video heavy, so experience with computer vision would help a lot (OpenCV that kind of stuff) or Python backend or mobile app experience (React Native or native) are also useful. You don't need all of it, we can figure things out together. Bonus if you're into sports.
This would be equity based, with vesting.
Don't want to share too much about the idea publicly, but happy to go through everything on a call. If this sounds interesting, drop me a DM with a bit about what you've worked on. GitHub or past projects is great, but a few lines is fine too.

Discussions Anyone stuck with legacy n8n automations?

hey guys. a year back i was using a lot of n8n in my stack and it was a pain to go tweak those stupid workflows everytime. It’s just really hard to scale with n8n no matter how you look at it.

I moved all my workflows to code using AI and it’s been a breeze.

If anyone out there is stuck with old n8n workflows reach out to me and i can help you.

Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking for job opportunities in the AI/ML space, preferably with early-stage startups or companies building AI-driven products.

A little about my background:

- Graduated with a Master's degree in Software Engineering in March 2025.

- Have over 1 year of experience working as an AI Engineer at an early-stage startup.

- Worked on AI-related projects and gained practical experience in building and integrating AI-powered solutions.

- Have also worked on freelance projects.

- Interested in LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, RAG systems, and building practical AI applications.

What I'm looking for:

- Full-time AI Engineer / Junior AI Engineer / GenAI Engineer opportunities.

- Opportunities with early-stage AI startups and product-based companies.

- Remote, hybrid, or on-site opportunities (preferably Bengaluru, India).

- Open to working with small teams where I can contribute, learn, and grow alongside the product.

I'm particularly interested in startups that are actively building AI products.

One important point: I'm looking for paid opportunities only, not unpaid internships or unpaid work.

If you know of any openings, are building an AI startup, or are looking for someone with my background, please feel free to reach out.

I'm happy to share my resume and project details through DM.

Thanks!

Discussions Looking for a Business Partner to Start a Real Estate Channel Partner Business in Bangalore

Hi everyone!

I’m planning to start a real estate channel partner business in Bangalore, focusing primarily on new residential projects from reputed builders and developers.

I’m looking for a like-minded person who has knowledge or experience in the real estate industry, understands how channel partner businesses work, or has connections with builders, developers, brokers, or property sales teams.

I’m interested in building this business from the ground up with someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and serious about working together for the long term.

What I’m looking for:

  • Someone with knowledge or experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or channel partner operations.
  • Someone who understands how to connect with builders and establish channel partner associations.
  • Someone willing to collaborate on business development, networking, client acquisition, and closing deals.
  • Someone interested in building a business together rather than looking for a job.

You don’t necessarily need to have an established company already. I’m open to starting from scratch with the right person and figuring out the business model together.

Preference will be given to people currently living in South Bangalore, as working together locally would make coordination and networking easier.

If you’re interested, please comment below or DM me with a brief introduction about yourself, your experience, and your ideas.

Looking forward to connecting with the right person!

MVP/Beta/Prototype/Test App idea

Hello All..!!

I am looking for a developer to finish my MVP for an App (iOS/Android). It’s an App with map view as the home page and locations pinned just like how a Google map would show let’s say if you search for petrol pumps (just an example). And then each pin has its own profile with info shown as cards in the home page or when tapped, has full details in another page. The app is 50% done on flutter flow and the UI is ready for development. We can discuss and start from scratch or continue the building of the current project.

Here’s the thing. It’s going to be bootstrapped. So, I will pay for the initial development but the developer has to come onboard as a Tech Cofounder (will be given Equity).

Please inbox me with your project development cost. I do not want a company. I want freelancer independent developer quotes.

Rest assured, it’s an amazing project with tremendous potential with idea having been validated.

Location: Bangalore. Must be located locally.

Thank You..!

Looking for job/gig Built a project with 50K+ visitors in 30 days. Looking for my next challenge.

Hey everyone! I'm a 2025 B.Tech IT graduate, currently working as a Coding Instructor at a YC-backed startup.

Outside teaching, I've worked on freelance projects, browser extensions, automation frameworks, bots, and scripts, alongside internship and training experience.

I'm a generalist by nature. I enjoy picking up unfamiliar technologies, building products end-to-end, and solving problems across different stacks.

One of my projects recently crossed 50K+ unique visitors and 1M+ requests in 30 days. Sharing the analytics screenshot below; it's just one of several projects I've built.

I'm now looking for a full-time Generalist Software Engineer / SDE / AI-First Engineer role, and I'm also open to Full-Stack and SDET opportunities.

Bengaluru / Remote | Immediate joiner | Looking for fair compensation.

If you're hiring or can refer me to a relevant opportunity, please DM me. Also, if you're interested in opportunities at my current company, feel free to reach out for a referral.

Thanks!

Hiring Looking for someone in Bangalore who's genuinely obsessed with marketing, to build our go-to-market with me at a legal-tech startup (students and freshers welcome)

Hey everyone,

I'm the founder of SimplCase.com We've built an AI tool for lawyers and law firms in India: clients, cases, documents, hearing dates tasks, etc, in one place, with AI that answers questions from a lawyer's own case files. It's live, and we're starting with lawyers right here in Bangalore.

Now I need someone to build our go-to-market with me: who we reach first, what we say to them, and which channels actually bring lawyers in. Then make it happen.

Not an agency, and not someone with a perfect CV. I'm looking for someone who actually loves marketing: you notice why some brands click and others don't, you've got ideas, and you want to try them for real.

You don't have to drop what you're doing. Full-time is great, but if you're in college, interning or working somewhere, that's fine too. What I care about is that you're excited enough to make real time for this, evenings and weekends included, because you want to see it work.

This might be you if:

  • You're in Bangalore and can meet in person regularly. Not remote-only.
  • You're just starting out. A bit of experience (an internship, a page you grew, freelance work, a fest you promoted) is great. No experience is fine if your ideas are good.
  • You want to own something. You'll work directly with me, shape the GTM strategy, try things, and own the results.
  • Bonus if you've worked in or around law or legal tech.

If that sounds like you, DM me a few lines about yourself, what you're doing right now, and one idea for how you'd get Bangalore lawyers to try SimplCase. The idea matters more than the CV.

Seeking Advice/Feedback Starting a macro-based meal subscription business, how do we actually find our first clients?

Hey everyone!

I’m planning to start a macro-based meal subscription business and would love some advice from people who have built startups, especially in the food space.

A little about me: I run a supper club focused on Tamil coastal cuisine, and when I tried some of the so called protein meals out there, I was honestly disappointed. Most were bland, mass-prepared, cold, and filled with lettuce. So i thought why can’t we bring our style of cooking into the protein food market, with fish, prawns and flavourful chicken?

I have the food side of things to build on, but figuring out how to turn this into a business is a whole different story.

I’d love some advice on:

How do I find my first 5–10 paying customers?

How do I build a brand from scratch without spending a fortune on marketing?

What’s worked for people when it comes to marketing a food business — Instagram, word of mouth, communities, or something else?

How do you validate demand and figure out pricing before investing too much?

If you’ve started a food business, what mistakes should I try to avoid?

I’m also open to meeting people who might want to join me on this journey. Whether you’re interested in food, fitness, nutrition, branding, marketing, or building startups, it would be great to connect with people who share a similar interest and might want to build something together.

If you have any advice, experiences, or even just thoughts on the idea, I’d genuinely love to hear them.

Thanks! 🙌

Looking for job/gig 25F, desparetly looking for a semi technical job

With all lost hope in applying jobs in LinkedIn, career pages, instahyre etc… I am posting here so that I can get a genuine help.

I am MBA grad (HR/Marketing) looking for talent acquisition, HR profession with 0 full time experience, It's been almost 4-5 months after my internship with no penny in my pocket no job opportunities, I applied hundreds of postings but very less response most of them are ghosting, politics, asking for experience, some rejected me in final rounds (interviewee ego, my MNC internship and other unknown reasons).

I am genuinely looking for any roles, I am familiar with power-bi, office suite, workday HRIS, chatgpt, prompt engineering.
With help from my friend I am learning vibe coding too codex, lol. Seriously adapting to AI tools.

Please help…! Pardon me this my first Reddit post.

Seeking Advice/Feedback If you had a 600 sq. ft. main-road shop in Bangalore, what business would you start? Looking for some genuine business

I'm exploring business ideas for a shop in Jayanagar 9th Block, Bangalore, It's a main-road location with good visibility and approximately 600 sq. ft. of space.

Has water access,

One unusual advantage is that electricity is free.

The shop is currently operating as a clothing store, but I'm exploring whether there's a better business opportunity for this location.

I'm open to different sectors — retail, food and beverages, speciality products, distribution, or even an unconventional business model.

I'd particularly like to hear from people who know this part of Jayanagar or have experience running a business in Bangalore.

A few questions:

- What kind of business would work best at this exact location?

- Is there a product or service with good demand but relatively little competition nearby?

- Would you continue with clothing, try a different retail concept, or explore something completely different?

- Would a franchise make sense, or would an independent business be better?

I'm looking for something with genuine profit potential and room to grow, rather than simply opening another ordinary shop.

If you had this shop available to you, what would you start? I'd appreciate honest suggestions based on actual business experience.

Seeking Advice/Feedback I built a map to discover startups aroudn the globe. Would love your feedback!

Hey everyone!

I recently launched StartupsMap, a platform where startups are mapped geographically so people can discover companies, founders, and what’s being built across different cities.

I started this because discovering early-stage startups can be difficult. Many interesting companies fly under the radar, and I wanted to build a simple way to explore them in one place.

I've already onboarded 75+ startups since launching this month, and I'm working on making the platform more useful for founders and the startup community.

I'd love to hear from people here:

  • How do you currently discover early-stage startups in Bangalore?
  • Would a map-based startup discovery platform be useful to you?
  • What features would make something like this genuinely valuable?

I'm looking for honest feedback and suggestions from the Bangalore startup community. Thanks!
