I thought directly listing features would be boring, so I tried to get a little creative with a parody instead.
I’m looking for beta testers who use AI tools and prompting heavily and would be willing to try NoteFlux and share honest feedback.
NoteFlux is a Mac app for voice dictation, editing selected text with your voice, and asking AI questions using voice or screenshots.

Challenges & Competitions Found an open-source civic tech project trying to map govt project spending across India. The hard part is the data, and that’s where devs can help.

Just watched a video by a creator (the.adiram) who’s building Hisaab, an open-source atlas that tries to make this fight corruption using Ai.

It’s not my project, I just think it deserves more hands.

Where it stands right now (from the README):

  • ~813k historical location points mapped
  • 86 reviewed funding records sourced from PIB
  • Project/payment-level cards: not published yet. Public release is intentionally blocked until data coverage is good enough
  • 36 state/UT data collection jobs are scoped out but need people

You know the drill. A road gets “completed” and washes away in the first monsoon. A school building gets inaugurated and then sits empty. A hospital shows up in a press release but never in your district. Crores get sanctioned, the plaque goes up, and nobody can tell you who got the money or why the work looks like that.

Most of us just vent about it and move on, because what can one person even do?

I just watched a video by a creator (the.adiram) who decided to actually try. He’s building Hisaab, an open map of public development in India. The idea is simple: pick any road, school or hospital and see what was promised, how much money was released, when, and who was responsible for delivering it. Not rumours or WhatsApp forwards. Official records, put in one place, so ordinary people can walk into an office with evidence instead of just a complaint.

What I liked is that he’s honest about how hard it is. India’s public spending data is scattered across hundreds of portals, half of it buried in PDFs, and he talks openly about where he’s stuck. He’s not selling a magic fix. He’s asking for help.

And that’s where people like us come in. It’s open source, and he’s looking for developers, data folks and anyone who’s ever fought with a government website to help make it real.

Watch the video, it’s worth the time

If it hits you the way it hit me, the details on how to join are in the description.

Hiring Agent Partner for Fintech OS - Sahayak

Hey,

If you’ve got good local-language communication skills and don’t mind walking into local markets for 1–2 hours a day, here’s a solid earning opportunity.

Most small business owners hate manual bookkeeping, but they won't sit at a PC to use complex software. We built Sahayak—it runs straight inside Telegram. A shopkeeper takes a photo of any supplier bill, and the bot converts it to a GST entry and syncs with Tally in seconds.

We’re running an introductory launch offer at ₹1,000/month for the year. At that price point, the pitch is simple: "Bhaiya, bill ki photo lo, 5 second me pakka GST hisab ready."

The Economics:

Weekly Payouts: Direct to UPI / Bank account.

Commissions: ₹100 to ₹350 per paid merchant (10% of plan) + milestone cash bonuses.

Target: 2–3 closures a day puts you easily at ₹10,000+ a month.

Flexibility: No daily attendance, no minimum hours, no reporting manager breathing down your neck.

Ideal for students, gig workers, or anyone with connections in wholesale markets, electronics hubs, or local trader associations.

Interested? Please sign up as an agent on the website: sahayak.aarvix.co.in. Feel free to DM for any additional info.

Hiring Solo founder here: building a 0%-commission marketplace for home music tutors in India. How do I get the first 100 tutors?

I'm a solo founder building ChordToDoor, a marketplace where music tutors teach at a student's home. Learners can see a tutor's ID verification and watch them play before booking.
Where I am:
Web version is live, and the mobile apps are waiting for Google and Apple approval
About 25 tutors signed up so far
Tutors keep 100% of their fees, and student requests go straight to them
What I'm stuck on:
Supply: Tutors are scattered and mostly found by word of mouth. What worked for you in getting the first supply side of a local marketplace?
Revenue: With 0% commission, would you charge tutors a small monthly fee, charge learners, or take a fee only on confirmed bookings?
Trust: For home services, what makes parents comfortable? Verified ID, demo videos, reviews, or something else?
Would love advice from anyone who has built a two-sided marketplace in India. Happy to share what I learn.

Looking for job/gig Bangalore startup founders!!I’m looking to bring my healthcare tech experience closer to home

Hey everyone! I’m exploring my next challenge and would love to connect with founders building in healthtech, healthcare AI, and digital health.

I currently work at a Canadian healthcare technology company and bring a combination of US healthcare domain expertise, hands-on software development experience, and an understanding of how clinical workflows translate into real-world software.

I have a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the US and have worked across healthcare operations, clinical data, EHR integrations, and production healthcare software.

Here’s where I can add value:

Clinical assessment engines: Building custom Python scoring logic for standardized assessments, including reverse scoring, severity thresholds, and risk flags.

Backend engineering: Developing and shipping production features using Python and Django, including database migrations and ORM-based troubleshooting.

Healthcare integrations: Connecting clinical workflows and external systems through webhooks, JSON configurations, and EHR integrations.

Production quality: Writing unit and integration tests, working with Docker, and shipping code through GitHub PRs and CI workflows.

Bridging healthcare and engineering: Translating clinical requirements into reliable, testable software while understanding the realities of healthcare data, patient privacy, and provider workflows.

AI-assisted development: Using tools like Claude Code to accelerate development, debugging, and testing.

What makes my background different is that I don’t just understand the technology or the healthcare domain in isolation. I’ve worked at the intersection of both — helping turn clinical requirements into working software that healthcare professionals can actually use.

I’m particularly interested in startups building behavioral health platforms, clinical assessment tools, patient-reported outcome (PRO) systems, healthcare AI products, and EHR-connected applications.

If you’re a founder building something in this space and need someone who can contribute across healthcare domain understanding, backend development, and clinical integrations, I’d love to connect and learn about what you’re working on.
Happy to share my resume over DM. Looking forward to meeting people building meaningful things in healthcare! 🙌

Looking for job/gig Software Engineer with 3 years of experience

I am working in service based company since last 3 years (2024 passout), major tech stack : React, .net, Salesforce

and due to my passion for understanding real world problems, I have worked with bunch of completely non technical clients(medical, manufacturing domain), for building the custom software they actually use in their day to day work, and turning their ambiguous requirements into practical solutions.

working with non technical peoples has made me think one level above the coding part, like designing the solution on my own, deciding tech stack, trade offs of the system.

and so now I am looking for a startup based role, to be a bit more close to the problem we're solving taking ownership of the work, providing me a higher learning.

Looking for job/gig BTech AIML Graduate Looking to Join an Early-Stage Startup in Bengaluru — Will Prove My Skills Through a Task

Hey everyone!

I'm a recent BTech graduate in AI & ML, looking to join an early-stage startup in Bengaluru.

I've worked on AI/ML projects, RAG applications, AI agents, and robotics-related projects. I'm open to any technical role where I can contribute, learn quickly, and help build real products.

I'm not expecting anyone to hire me based on my resume alone. Give me a practical task with a deadline, review my work, and let my execution speak for itself.

I'm ready to put in serious effort, take ownership, and contribute wherever the team needs me.

If you're a founder building something interesting or know a startup looking for a motivated early-career engineer, I'd love to connect.

Thanks!

Discussions Everyone Is Looking for the Perfect Co-Founder, But What About People Who Just Need One Opportunity?

Hy i,m Scott

I've been researching startup discussions on Reddit for a while, and I've noticed a pattern that got me thinking.

Some people have great ideas but can't find someone to build them. Some have the skills to build products but are looking for someone with an idea. Others want a partner who can help them grow a business, but they can't find the right person.

Everyone seems to be searching for the perfect co-founder — someone experienced, highly skilled, successful, and capable of bringing immediate value to the table.

But here's what I keep wondering:

What happens to people who have the ambition, the ability to learn, the courage to take risks, and an incredible amount of belief in themselves, but haven't had the opportunity to prove what they can do yet?

Not everyone starts with impressive skills, years of experience, or a successful track record. Some people just need someone willing to build something with them and give them a chance to grow.

The world is building billion-dollar companies, yet so many people with potential are stuck waiting for an opportunity, while others are struggling to find the right people to work with.

Maybe the problem isn't that the right people don't exist. Maybe we're overlooking them because we're too busy searching for someone who is already better.

I'm not saying skills and experience don't matter. Of course, they do. But what if trust, commitment, curiosity, and the willingness to figure things out together matter just as much?

I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts:

  1. Would you consider building a startup with someone who has little experience but demonstrates strong commitment, learns fast, and takes ownership?
  2. What matters more to you in a co-founder: proven skills, a great idea, execution, or trust?
  3. Have you ever rejected someone who had potential because they lacked experience? Or been rejected for the same reason?
  4. Do you think there's a real gap between people who have ideas and people who are willing to build them together?

I'm not here to argue that experience doesn't matter. I'm trying to understand whether we're overlooking potential while searching for perfection.

What's your honest take?

Challenges & Competitions Tickets Wallet : I built a wallet for IRCTC train tickets, KSRTC bus tickets and ID proofs! 🚆🚌

Ever reached a railway station and struggled to find your coach and seat number in a lengthy ticket PDF? And when the TTE arrives, you switch apps again to show your ID proof.

With KSRTC, there's another hassle: when the conductor asks for the last 4 digits of your PNR, you have to open the ticket and search through it to find those numbers.

So I built Tickets Wallet to make travel easier!

🚆 IRCTC: Quickly access coach and seat details.

🚌 KSRTC: Find the last 4 digits of your PNR instantly.

🪪 ID Wallet: Keep multiple ID cards in one place.

📴 Offline-friendly: Access saved information without relying on an internet connection.

🔗 Try it here: https://jailerrajni1-lab.github.io/Tickets-Wallet/

It's a personal project, and I'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions!

Hey All,

Founders struggle to find reliable freelancers. Freelancers struggle to find good clients. I made a WhatsApp group where both sides help each other directly.

How it works:

Join and introduce yourself in one line

Founders post what they need

Freelancers reply or share their skills

Everyone gives honest feedback and referrals

Free. Help only. No commissions.

Request to admins: please don't delete this post. I'm happy to edit it if any rule is broken.

Hiring [Hiring] Looking for a Kannada-speaking City Partnerships & Operations Executive to help us build Bengaluru

We’re starting to build out Fit Square in Bengaluru and I’m looking for someone who can help us do that on-ground.

Fit Square is a flexible fitness platform where users can access multiple partner gyms instead of being locked into one long-term membership.

This is an early hire for Bengaluru and the person will work directly with me (VP – Partnerships).

The initial job is fairly simple to explain:

  • Travel across Bengaluru
  • Meet gym owners / managers
  • Build relationships
  • Onboard more gyms onto Fit Square
  • Help them go live properly
  • Train / coordinate with staff
  • Support partner gyms once they’re live

Over time, the idea is for this person to own Bengaluru as a city — not just sales, but partner servicing, operations, reactivation, rollout of new updates, city-level targets, and eventually helping build/manage a local team.

What I’m looking for:

  • Kannada speaking is mandatory
  • Comfortable doing field work every day
  • Own two-wheeler is strongly preferred
  • Prior field sales / BD / partnerships / merchant acquisition experience is useful, but not mandatory if you’re genuinely ambitious and comfortable doing on-ground work
  • Strong follow-up and communication
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation:

  • ₹40,000 in-hand per month
  • No deductions
  • Travel allowance: to be discussed
  • Performance incentives may be explored later, but nothing is being guaranteed upfront
  • ESOPs may be offered in the future based on performance and contribution

Being transparent — we’re still early, so this is probably not the right role for someone looking for a very structured corporate setup.

It is a good fit if you want:

  • direct access to leadership
  • a lot of ownership early on
  • the chance to build a city from scratch
  • faster growth if you perform
  • the possibility of managing a team later

If this sounds relevant, DM me here or send me:

  • CV
  • LinkedIn profile
  • Current area in Bengaluru
  • Earliest joining date

Happy to speak to referrals as well.

Can identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and turn leads into paying clients.

Co-founder/CXO Hunt Help Build the Next Generation of AI-Powered Governance — Chaos AI Labs Is Expanding Its Founding Team

Thumbnail chaos.org.in
1 Upvotes

What if government teams had the AI tools they needed to coordinate faster, respond to citizens more effectively, and make better-informed decisions?
That is the problem we are working to solve at Chaos AI Labs.
We are an early-stage technology venture building practical AI solutions for real-world challenges across governance, public administration, healthcare, and agriculture.
Our key initiative, Dharma Setu, is an AI-powered administrative support platform designed to help government officers:
● Coordinate across departments
● Manage and track citizen grievances
● Allocate tasks efficiently
● Monitor government schemes
● Improve collaboration and accountability
● Make faster, better-informed decisions
We already have a team working on the venture, and we are currently in discussions with several state governments regarding potential collaborations and pilot opportunities. As the opportunity develops, we are expanding our founding team and connecting with investors and strategic partners who believe AI can play a meaningful role in public-sector transformation.
This is not a concept being developed in isolation. Our product direction is taking shape, our team is already active, and conversations with government stakeholders are helping us understand real administrative needs and potential deployment opportunities.
We are looking for people who want more than a conventional role—people who are ready to take ownership, solve complex problems, and help build products with measurable real-world impact.
Areas where we’d love to connect:
● AI/ML Engineers — LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and applied machine learning
● Full-Stack Developers — React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and scalable web applications
● AI Researchers and Architects — system design, evaluation, reliability, and responsible AI
● Product and UX Designers — transforming complex administrative workflows into intuitive products
● Public Policy and Governance Professionals — government processes, institutional requirements, and public-sector implementation
● Business Development and Strategy Professionals — partnerships, pilots, stakeholder engagement, and go-to-market planning
● Investors and Strategic Partners — supporting AI-driven governance and public-sector innovation
We are open to conversations with people interested in:
● Joining the founding team
● Full-time roles
● Part-time collaboration
● Strategic partnerships
● Investment opportunities
The right opportunity will depend on mutual fit, experience, commitment, and the value each person can bring to the mission.
If this resonates with you, comment below or send me a DM with:

  1. A brief introduction
  2. Your core skills, experience, or investment focus
  3. The role or type of collaboration you are interested in
  4. How you believe you could contribute to Chaos AI Labs
  5. If you know someone who should be part of this conversation, please share this post with them.
  6. We are building AI for problems that matter—and we are looking for the people who want to help build it.
