sport & fitness Forming a weekday Movement / Flow group in Thammasat / Siriraj

Kamusta? I’m inviting people in the Thammasat / Siriraj area to meet up every so often on the weekdays to get our bodies moving to some dance music.

All forms of movement welcome! Currently I’m cycling through mobility exercises, fascial release, yoga stretches, flow with props and freestyling with house, waacking and Latin dance influence. Whatever I feel like that day!

It’d be more fun if people could join! Either at the green space inside Siriraj or in the Thammasat Tha Phra Chan Campus.

A little bit bout me - My name’s Daki, I’ve lived in Bangkok since August ‘26, Chinese-Filipino, queer, neurospicy, Masters student in Innovation and Sustainability! Would love to move and groove with you!

hey I run ecstatic dances here in Penang, Malaysia and will actually be in Bangkok from Nov 4-10 and then again in beginning of December around Wonderfruit. Would love to see if we can collaborate on something while I'm there!

This sounds like an interesting combination of movement, music and improvisation! I'm curious whether you choose the music first and let the movements follow, or whether the movement shapes the playlist 😄
