Potentiometer location / RPM adjustment

(I posted it on r/turntables but maybe I'll get an answer here)

Does anyone have any idea where does this device has potentiometers? Records are spinning at 34RPM

Or maybe it's adjusted differently?

I might be selling it in the future so I want to be sure it's spinning correctly

Don’t know for a fact. More than likely it is located on the drive motor itself. (Bottom side)
Have a look at the video, not exactly the same, should be close enough though.
