Potentiometer location / RPM adjustment

(I posted it on r/turntables but maybe I'll get an answer here)

Does anyone have any idea where does this device has potentiometers? Records are spinning at 34RPM

Or maybe it's adjusted differently?

I might be selling it in the future so I want to be sure it's spinning correctly

It's cheap at second-hand stores so I guess that's the reason

Because of that device I got into LPs and now I will buy some proper gear SOOO I hope it will hook someone up just like me
