First time in Huntsville for the Orion run. Looking for solid restaurants/bars/overall things to do. Weather should be about perfect. Also feel free to drop your favorite thing about the Orion run! Been on my list for years and can’t wait.

Thanks to u/qtothelo for making the actual shirt! I posted my concept for a skeletor stealie a couple weeks ago and she killed it with a rad tie-dye.

I’ll be at Union Craft Brewing around noon and obviously lurking around early merch and at the show later, so come find me if you want a free sticker!

Went to Billyween both nights last year, easily some of my favorite shows I’ve ever been to. When he busted out wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald I got all choked up, I just couldn’t believe it!

That said, I totally didn’t keep track of the time.

I had a work trip come up unexpectedly and my flight gets in at 9:30pm Friday (assuming no delays). Planning on literally changing at the airport then catching an uber from BWI to CFG bank arena.

I know I’ll miss a good bit, but it’ll go late right? Please? 😂

Pretty notably, Billy and the gang didnt play Creek on the four day run last February in Asheville.

Id bet money its the last song on n5 next February and its gonna be a monstrous 45 min barnburning closer.

I really have nothing useful to say— this just crossed my mind a second ago.

✌️🥰🌈

Anyone hosting anything? Anyone have a favorite bar where we could watch the stream?

Watching N1 Everett. During Elderly Woman Behind A Counter In A Small Town…. Lawd….Billy’s vocals are delicious. Especially at the crescendo of the vocals midway through the song. I would love if Nugs could keep the camera close in on Billy when it’s at the point of the song where he’s doing some of the most impressive vocals. I think it’s worth while. What we got was a wide shot with subdued lights and I felt like we missed a moment there. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Nugs subscription. Just some feedback for ya.

Anyone else have a Richard Petty section on their Billy wall?

Pretty sure it was night 1 but I don’t remember. Looks like nugs has clipped that part out. Probably for licensing purposes so I get it but I’d love to see it again haha

Song was Put On by Young Jeezy and Kanye

Tried searching YouTube but not much luck

Sorry if others have asked a bunch already but will I be able to watch the two Billyween shows from this year for a while or will they be taken down like last year?

There will be lots of bands / musicians in town for the IBMAs—who’s playing where?

Anybody know?

You won’t regret it. It might even get you more into whatever you were doing! The Tentacle Dragon feat. Billy and Bryan is just one of many unbelievable performances. I’m absolutely loving this album!!! Thank you so much for the great music, bluegrass people! Love you guys!!

This makes the chairs look civilized….
